现上千的cashback不翼而飞。进到redemption history发现今天多了一笔cashback
direct deposit to bank account 的交易。然后发现我的email被改了,所以是系统自
动给我发的信。nmd，赶快联系客服，冻结了帐户，他们调查后2个月内会把cashback还
给我。思前想后，唯一能想到有牵连的是上个月walmart的帐户被hack（就为了点amex
的苍蝇肉，然后两个帐户密码相同），看样子是被盯上了，更新所有帐户密码中。。。 |

愤。猜测可能是她的女同学干的，因为女儿有时在同学家登录gmail，也许密码被保存
下来了。
请教大家：
1）有没有技术手段来判断是谁发的。我想trace ip，但gmail好像隐藏了ip
2）如果能找出来该怎么处理
3）如果找不出来该怎么处理
前一段时间她的游戏帐号被同学hack了，弄得她很伤心，最后小孩之间道歉了事。 |
