在UCSD所在的县法院FILE A CLASS ACTION CIVIL LAWSUIT，也就是说所有因那个UCSD
教授CHINAMAN用词而受到精神损伤的中国人／华裔，或者祖先有中国文化血缘的人，都
可以起诉。我觉得每人可以捐BUFFET的饭钱，就可以把这个案子打到底，要请好的专业
律师，将UCSD和那个教授列为公同被告。
我个人估计最后的结果是UCSD会跟原告私下达成赔偿和道歉协议，因为NEGATIVE PUBLICITY是
任何大学，特别是公立大学，绝不想得到的，那个教授也会受到相当的惩罚。
有人说那个教授，系和学校会推卸责任什么的，这是BS，那个实验室网站的内容教授和
学校有直接的责任，其它借口必须有法庭可以采信的证据，而作假证后果是非常严重的
。除非他们可以证明那个内容是被HACKER的杰作，否则我看不出被告有任何赢的可能。
目前首要的是咨询律师，如果他需要UPFRONT PAYMENT，大家可以凑个钱。否则他可以
