currently unknown.
Lin is being called day-to-day, but it is curious that he went out of his
way to avoid all media on Friday. Some are speculating that the injury could
be more serious than originally thought. Baron Davis will continue to get
starts in Lin's place and makes for an interesting play for as long as he

the gun went off I blasted out. Couldn't believe that nobody was trying to
stay with me! Then I wasn't sure whether I'm supposed to turn left or right,
and the guy behind me said "follow the cop car!" So I went after the police
car, way ahead of the pack. It felt AWESOME! Though I let my adrenaline
took over a bit too much, and after 800m I knew I had gone out too hard.

are born with some speed, and then you simply train to get faster. Haile
Gebrselassie was probably born to be able to run a 5 minute mile even if he
had no training. With some training he runs a sub 4 mile. I could probably
run a sub 7 mile with no training, and with some training I can run sub 5:30
. But I doubt that I could ever run a 4:30 mile no matter how I train. |

plus 3 miles @ 6:40. no speed in

last year. i thought it's because of the low HTT drop (4mm).
I struggled for a few months, and now I can ok running exclusively in
hyperspeed 4 (7mm drop) and mach 11 (zero drop?).

wet cough that hurts my chest. wasn't sure if I could race this morning, but
decided to go anyway. didn't bring my GPS and went by feel. After the first
lap I knew I'd be slower than last year. I was having trouble breathing and
had mucus in my chest in the last mile which really bothered me. Ended up
with 30:58, a minute slower than last fall. :( |

record. just enjoying the running, nothing more.
my legs felt reasonably good in my long run today. it seems that yesterday's
race didn't wear out my legs because I had breathing trouble and couldn't
push as hard as I'd have liked. Perhaps I'll do the same race again next
weekend.
