天亮了，齐格弗里德和布伦希尔德话别，他打算去看一看这个世界，布伦希尔

警告他不忠会带给他不幸。齐格弗里德则将手上的指环送给她，两人依依告别。
齐格弗里德渐行渐远，沿着莱茵河而下。
在季比宏族(Gibichung)的大厅里，统治者昆特(Gunther)、古德伦(Gudrun)和
他们同母异父的兄弟哈根(Hagen)在聊天。昆特和古德伦对这位兄弟的才智都很
佩服，唯言是听。哈根表示这两位兄妹都尚未成亲是一大缺憾，并向他们推荐布
伦希尔德和齐格弗里德为理想的对象，但是只有齐格弗里德的英勇才能穿过火墙
，得到布伦希尔德。他并建议让齐格弗里德去为昆特得来布伦希尔德，以药酒让
齐格弗里德爱上古德伦，两兄妹都觉得这个建议很好，急於见到齐格弗里德。哈
根告诉他们，齐格弗里德正在来此地的路上。说着说着，齐格弗里德就到了。
昆特向齐格弗里德表示欢迎之意，哈根则打探尼伯龙根宝藏的情形，齐格弗里德
表示他身上只有头盔，哈根问起指环，齐格弗里德答以一位女士保管 |

烏巴慶（U Ba Khin）所傳的內觀禪修已成為當今世上最廣為修行的內觀法之一。這要
特別感謝葛印卡的努力不懈，使烏巴慶的方法無論是在美國般的富裕社會或在印度的貧
困地區，都一樣是免費的佈施教導；而無論是在斯里蘭卡等上座部佛教國家或在杜拜、
伊朗的回教國家[1]，方法指導也都一樣。這種內觀禪修法也可以在東方及西方的監獄
裡學到，因為烏巴慶的方法甚至能感化殘酷罪犯，而這已獲得政府的認可。
這樣的成就說明了此方法有可能開展解脫洞見，然而我們對於這個禪修方法的根源卻所
知不多。烏巴慶（1899 - 1971）從烏鐵（U Thet 1873 - 1945）學得內觀禪修，而烏

If you have access to EconLit, you can do a search on related literature (voting and
game theory); other resources include Lexis/Nexis, PriMark, and Dow Jones News
Retrival (can only go back two yeras).
One related literature is on central bank decision making (on monetary policy).
Europeans are ahead in this area (von Hagen, Fratianni).
Battacharia (I may have got the spelling wrong. He's an Indian from India),
David Besanko (now in Michigan) are two good starting points two. |

But seriously, many of us have worked menial jobs before law school. I have
worked in delivery, supermarkets, moving, warehouse... etc etc. The OP has
accomplished quite a lot, but IMO he doesn't need to mention these past
jobs to make his achievement look more impressive.
Anyway, congratulations to OP. He has fared well on a path not well
traveled. |

PRL正好收到Higgs的文章.
2.Higgs的文章快发表的时候,Guralnik,Hagen和Kibble的
文章才投出去.
因为奖最多只能发给三个人,后面三个人就没戏了.
最可惜的是Brout,11年挂了.
Higgs大丰收啊,并不是第一个提出这个机制的,
不仅被命名还得了奖. |
