如果说拍卖，那 6年／60k 的车能拍多少？3k？照你的逻辑，还是前三年用新车值.
既然你承认 13k dealer 可以卖出去，那么 13k 也在正常价格范围内, the cost for
the first 3 years is 17.5-13 = 4.5k, even better than the next 3 years.
3 年后并不是所有的车都去拍的，那些拍的车相当是 fleet car, 价格更低的。

with my belonging. The whole journey was competed in 51 hours, mostly stayed
on HY80. The only issue I encountered was tire pressure leakage caused by
the weight. which had me inflate that tire twice a day.
I agree with avoiding Co and the tornado ally. I had 2 friends suffered from
bad weather. Hales damaged my friend's MB CL550 windshield and hood. |

同志们好，我是从北邮来的。由于北邮条件所限，很长时间没上清华了
真高兴清华还有人喜欢HIFI，也希望大家有空到北邮做客
上网有些慢，对以前的蚊帐就不一一回复了。
下面谈谈自己的一点见解[不知发完了还有没有机会回来看]
音箱美国出色的不少，JBL不是最好也不是很次，出名的牌子有
：Wilson Audio, Westlake , Infinity , Cello ,Genesis , Thiel
Klinpsh,hale , Avalon , Alon ,
而像凯亚兄弟是专业扩声音箱，不属一类产品，二者在设计上有很大差异。
法国最出色的音箱： Jadis , JM Lab
丹麦： Dynaudio ,
德国 ： Elac , Visaton ,Eton ,Canton
英国：ATC ， B&W
以上的牌子大多是在HIFI市场较出名的，还有一些生产专业监听音箱的厂家，
多出品有源电子分频音箱，品质也不错。 |

会, 如果明天的雪下来之后, 我们周末连续两天出击越野滑雪!!!
和...商量之后, 决定俩个活动都是野雪.
1)周六HALE 保护区, 更靠近West Boston, 早点开始和早点结束
2)周日Willard Brook State Park, LOWELL的西边, WORCESTER 的上方, 晚点开始晚点
结束.
难度和上周一样, 因为比较WILD, 而且第一次去那俩地方, 预料会有一些小问题

个价位的少，建议你找个 buyer's agent,我就用了个 agent, 反正买方也不花钱，我
们老太太对这个 town 很了解，很多房子没上市就带我们去看了，她说我们这个价位的
房子通常是上了市就立刻卖出去。建议你看看这个房子 225 Dover road,小学
Deerfield,很棒的学校，房子环境好，离 Hale reservation步行的距离，就是 dover
road traffic 有点差，但是这个房子降价好几次了，我听邻居说这家主人 did a nice
job on the house,性价比还是不错的。 |

发帖数: 205 | 48 买 Westwood 吧，位置比 Sharon 好，地税也低，将来万一你或者 LD 工作换了从
Sharon 上95 天天堵。据说 Westwood 房子比 Sharon 更保值些，都是 Single
Family。 Sharon 房子比较多、杂，还有 apartment. Westwood 有 Hale Reservation
,离 Blue Hill 也很近，适合喜欢 outdoor 的家庭，另外5个小学都很不错。 Good

性价比看起来还不错，离aurora的科大医学中心也不远，有无版友住在附近？
