deeply religious he is - a bit weird. One thing I don't like about Ryan Hall
is that he is not a warrior like Prefontaine -- he would rather run his own
pace than trying to stay with the leaders at all time - perhaps a smart

overtrain了, 他早期训练过猛，后来一直都是，导致overtrain symptoms, 后果
是睾丸酮分泌过低，而且试过各种方法，也找了Jack Daniels, 无法提高，他的睾丸酮
水平好像正常人都达不到，季度fatigue, 已经影响基本生活，无法训练，更别提有质
量的，所以不得
不退役。
Runners world 说得很好，Meb 发挥的很稳定，但是Ryan 保持了美国斑马和
全麻纪录，Winning is the name of the game, so Meb has to get the nod, even
though Hall ran much faster, blazing though the marathon cosmos like a
meteor.
