Both are two-handers, both are teenagers(19). It appears that Wonzniacki is
stronger but 张 is quicker. Winning the 1st set, Wonzniaki looks great in
that beautiful dress - should be a good match to watch.

总之要把身体的重量压到球上去啦。另外梅董奔一个给大伙一个帮助你的机会啊?

When you cup the ball, you cut under and around the outside edge of it. If
you’re a right-hander, you’re trying to cup the left corner of the ball
(the opposite corner for lefties). This helps control the flight path and
adds zip to the shot.

Is LZ 单反?
My view is that 单反 can be very stylish, yet deadly. It requires talent and
better starting at young age. One day she may become a two-hander even she
started as a 单反MM.

Not exactly. It is more like slice serve, but slices in the opposite
direction.
Here is some introduction from wikipedia:
American Twist/Twist serve/Kick ServeThe twist serve was originally known as
the "American twist" serve. It is a special kind of topspin-slice serve
that behaves differently after the bounce because it has much more topspin
than sidespin. So, instead of skidding and continuing to curve leftward (
from the server's perspective) after the bounce like a slice serve, it "
grabs" ... 阅读全帖

From ESPN some board somewhere:
Federer would make for one of the most controversial tennis commentators of
all time...
"Oh he's got a great single hander.... but mine was greater in my prime"
"They are both good for the game and they both have 5 majors each... even
though I have more than all of them combined."
"I see your point John I do, but I think he should be more aggressive you
know? I mean you have 8 majors I have 17... I know what I'm talking about."
You see a trend?

Most common serves for right hander pushes off with left leg instead right.
But your overall motion is already fluent and powerful, is there anything
you don't feel comfortable with your serve?
If you don't want to disrupt your current serving motion, rhythm and timing,
you can try to keep your left hand up longer (maybe another half second),
when you drop your left arm don't drop straight, keep it close to you body
and just tuck in your elbow. You might gain slight power and consistency

My friend who was a 2 hander, had a line fracture on left forehand and
switched single handed bh. 2 months solid form, 6 months 4.0, 14month solid
4.5 backhand. He's Indian, but might be rare case.
But my point is if you have the proper techniques, you will go less
unnecessary route.

1st Serve: use 100% of power for sure. It includes Flat serve (deuce court
aiming to T or Ad court aiming to sideline/corner for right hander). It also
includes Slice serve (deuce court aiming sideline/corner, ad court aiming
to T). The above options are relatively low margin of error, but if it's
successful execution, you usually get a free point. Another option of 1st
serve is to Body, you can slice serve or Flat serve to middle hoping to jam
your opponent. One last option is to side/topspin a... 阅读全帖

POS OS or POS Mid? Both are nice racquets with traditional feel, but their
string pattern are a little too open.
One of my tennis buddy previous using Yonex RQIS Tour 1, now switched to BLX
Six One Pro Staff. He is lefy 1hbh. He hit so good 1 hander now with this
new racquet. You might want to demo it.

Especially the one he took on the rise off a high ball.
It takes a while before you will have the feel of how to flat out, how to
add spin, how to hit passing shot, how to hit a shoulder level high ball
with your 2hbh.
Also you need to make sure that your dominant hand (right hand for right
hander) should only contribute 10% of force. Grip tension for both hand
should be very loose, especially your right hand.

I have always, always kept my wallet in the front, right hand pocket of my
pants (I am male). It seems to me to be simply the most logical place: it is
typically the biggest pocket, allowing the wallet to slide down a bit more,
leaving less chance that it will be pick-pocketed. When you're in a crowded
