bracket大概$3-$4一个，handrail价格不一有便宜有贵的，我估计普通款在你要的长度
之内$20能搞定把。
bracket一定要钉在stud上面，其他就没啥了。拿个stud finder和drill，几分钟就弄
好了。 |

和墙. 但说实话我并没有碰到他们的墙. 他们的梯子, 扶手是木头的, 阶梯是水泥的,
阶梯更没有坏, 梯子的后面才是墙.
我是觉得有点多, 有没有可能自己找到更便宜的contractor来修呢? 或者如果该如何
和他们negotiate? 求建议.

advisor上找的contractor来quote。每次都是还没来就告诉我说千万不要用LL或者home
decor的木地板，说那些地板都是garbage crap。然后说contractor他们自己提供的地
板才是最棒的最好的。我能够理解contractor们可以在自己提供的地板上再多赚些钱，
但我同时也想问问大伙，是不是LL和Floor Decor的地板就真的那么不堪？最后再问下
一般3000sqft的面积，加上30节楼梯，还有handrail。大概铺地板labor的费用。。。

subfloor就是木板吧。。。舍得开空调啊，但不知道开空调和铺地板价格有什么
correlation呢？
所以3000尺的话就是3000*3+100*20大概1w1的人工呗。那楼梯的handrail是不是还要另
收费？这个怎么算人工呢？还有就是如果把现在所有nail down的旧地板都拆掉haul
away是不是也要额外算钱？ |

Diy精神可嘉。 可提高的地方：
楼梯立面可用白板, 既降低成本, 又增加楼梯的立体感，避免视觉单调，跟周围的
moldings也更融合。
Stair nose要更宽一点。 用实木stain再加clear coating. Nose可以往外再伸一点。
这样看上去不会单调的直角。Nose下面加一小molding的话, 看上去就更有层次感。 |

爬来爬去，想让娃扶着栏杆或者抓着栏杆下，这样会比较安全。
就是想加楼梯栏杆。现在是不知道找哪个contractor做这个改装。如果大家谁用过这方
面的contractor，感觉不错的，给推荐一下最好，从外面找的也不知道好不好？心里有
点打鼓。
每天看着娃上下楼梯，心里那个紧张啊，就怕不小心滚下去。所以一定想找个工人把楼
