【摘要】自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)和自闭症为一组大脑发育障碍的复杂疾病。其特征是在
不同程度上的社交互动障碍、语言和非语言的沟通有问题，以及重复的动作。
美国精神病学会在2013年5月出版了《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第5版（DSM-5）。在
DSM-5诊断手册中，所有的自闭症障碍合并为一个诊断：自闭症谱系障碍（ASD）。在此
之前，它们被认为是不同的亚型，包括自闭症、儿童期瓦解性障碍、阿斯伯格综合征、
雷特氏症和待分类的广泛性发育障碍。
自闭症的一些表现似乎呈现在非常早期的大脑发育时。然而，自闭症的最明显的标志和

ordered to jail in central Indiana for violating her probation on felony
domestic battery charges.
Court records show that probation revocation was sought for Amber Portwood
of Anderson after she was accused of battery and public intoxication in
connection with a fight in November. She is also accused of not obtaining
her GED or completing anger management classes as required.

美国科学院学报（PNAS） 2010年9月刊登了普林斯顿大学Daniel Kahneman的
文章。Kahneman在2008到2009年间对45万美国居民开展了 “健康方式”（Healthways
）电话调查。其中，被调查者的家庭收入、教育背景、婚姻状况、保险状态、宗教信仰
等资料均记录在案。调查使用了统一的Cantril评价方法（Cantril’s Self-Anchoring
Scale）：“请你想象一下，在你面前有一个11层的梯子，最下边为0，最上边为10。
梯子顶层代表你最好的生活，最下边代表你最差的生活。根据你个人的体验，你认为你
目前的生活处于那一个阶梯？”
结果表明，随着家庭收入的不断提高，对生活现状的满意度持续上升，尽管当达到年家
庭收入7.5万美元时，速度有所放缓，但是，上升曲线基本呈线性提高。

but soon you got a bottle-neck, knowing that busienss won't realize your
dream, both financially and emotionally, especially financially if you got a

一夜暴富除外，这里单指一般工薪的上涨。
