租车公司提供的collision，只买了liability, 但是随后在高速公路上追尾，出了事故
，还好人无大碍。经过漫长的等待以及与警方、保险公司、租车公司相互扯皮之后，现
在租车公司让我赔，所有的费用一起要7700多美元。
由于是出去玩，我没开自己的车，就是到了目的地租车。我自己的车保没有collision
这一项，所以他们也拒绝提供支付修车费用；
我以为用信用卡支付租车费用可以利用大多数信用卡公司推车的“事故无责任”保险，
结果不巧在priceline预订车用的是VISA， 而被租车公司扣除的其他费用（包括
liability insurance，机场费，加油费，异地取车费等）是划到了MasterCard上。
MasterCard认为主要的租车费用用VISA支付了，而后期费用不是租车费用拒绝赔偿；
VISA 认为在整个租车周期内（12.23-12.31)凡是跟保险公司发生的支付必须用同一张
卡，而在12.30被租车公司扣去的追加费用却划在了MasterCard上，因此拒赔。

Never heard of such thing for Honda.
How can the Honda dealer offer you something they do not have yet. It
usually happend for BMW.
Anyway, it seems the best price for 2011 EX-L is 31500 before TTL from the
search of this board. But yours is not bad if you can get it now. |

,贴办地.)小年轻人和她妈妈不想报警,但是这个大妈一定要他报警.
警察来了,问了各自大家的情况. 然后给了他一张卡片,上面写着啥我不知道,但听警察
说有事打电话给我. 小年轻人就走了( 卡片上没有我的车保险信息.) .因为当时紧张,
没在车上找到车保险,就在车不停的找,终于找到了,就给警察了.(那时小年轻人已经走
了.) 过了一两分钟,警察从车里出来,给了我一张卡片,上面有案例号码.要我给车保险
打电话,告诉发生什么事

说必须要修好才能pass smog test。于是找朋友refer了一家口碑不错的修车铺。今天
把车弄过去，他们免费用电脑查了一下code，是P1071，给我说是什么system lean。我
完全不懂。然后说是什么air的问题，不知道多了还是少了，说得我一头雾水。然后说
这个code只能查出大致问题出在哪个方位，要最后诊断，还需要1－2个小时左右的时间
，诊断费用为$120。我说那我还得给老板请假，回头再预约。
我不知道这个检查费用合理不，修车行说，查出来什么问题，再看修好要多少钱。
车子是2002年Camry, 110K。check engine light亮了估计有4个月了，一直开着没有什
么大问题，就是高速(40 miles以上)踩刹车，车子和方向盘很抖。低速没事。
我上网查了一下P1071。貌似是臭名昭著的一个code。我能找到的code描述是

the police just want to give u a warning...
however, after pull out your record, find out you are 2nd offence..
so he have to issue u a ticket.
BTW, it's 75 first offence, maybe 150 2nd one.. and 3rd one will be way
higher..
you are lucky.. if in CA, your cost will be over 1000. |

I had similar situation a month ago: I had not heard from him at the time
they planned to make decision.
What happend in my case is that they dragged and dragged, and they made
decision two weeks later than the original schedule.
So, as long as they have not sent your the rejection, you are still in the
game. Do not over-worry. |

can hit the 5% mark.
so chances are , most people only able to use 3% card or even 1% card at
Cocstco.
The GAS card value is undervalued same as Safeway cards.
A fair value should be around .93 shipped. |
