9月份的面试,连续四天面了LGTF,准备面试的半年多时间来从本版受益匪浅,现在把
面经写出来回馈本版,希望大家把好的传统延续下去。
L偏重设计,也可能与面的组是platform有关,6个面试有三个是设计,而且涉及很多细
节,比如index,distribute hash, circule counting. 有一面是manager问项目,个
人觉得选一个自己从头到尾做过的项目,然后按我下面的6点进行准备,基本就够了。
L是有题库的,建议多刷版面和glassdoor。
G偏重coding,每一面都是coding开始,而且占很大比例,如果时间多的话可能有两个
coding,也有可能接一个design问题。
T的面试最没规律,感觉基本是面试官自己决定问什么,所以这里不怎么好做总结。
F的面试是最标准化的,两个半coding + 一个design + 半个项目介绍 (项目介绍同上
面L的), F的题目重现率比较高,看版上的题目就差不多了,design问题基本在之前版
上归纳的几个类别: 设计feed,message, search,存储,都和大数据沾边。

如题。自己有过几次onsite面试的经历,但每次都感觉在描述项目的时候表现得不好,
面试官也都不是很感兴趣的样子。
目前在一个小软件公司有几年的工作经验,用的是J2EE相关的技术。说实话自己也觉得
做得东西没什么太多的技术含量,仅仅是用一些现有的技术去实现特定的需求而已。比
如面试官问道,你这个项目有什么复杂的地方,或者最challenging的部分是什么,回
答完以后得到的反馈都是觉得这个项目没什么challenge,或者是觉得我having
difficulty describing the system complexity。这样的次数多了,自己介绍项目的
时候也越来越没自信了。
想在这里请教各位,像我这种技术含量本身并不高的项目,如何更好地去回答或者准备
"what's the most challenge/hardest part of you project"这种问题,除去技术上
的challenge之外,哪方面的challenge在面试中更能吸引到面试官。谢谢了!

Brasil cherry is one of the hardest wood, but regular cherry is so so,
and american cherry is softer than oak.
It's interesting that oak is out of fashion, though I personally
think it's one of the best wood for flooring. There is a reason it was
the most popular wood for cabinets and flooring.

About how to become a Real Estate Salesperson.
1. Take the 75 hours pre-licence class. I took the class offered by
Weichert. It cost about $350.
2. Pass the examine, $47.
3. Have the background check, fingerprint done. $70
4. Find a broker ( your boss) to sponsor your licence $160.
5. Join some MLS database in the area you want to do business, $100 - 200,
6 Join the bard to get the code for open locks.$355
That is it. The hardest part is to take the class and pass exame.

Super congrats!
What to do next depends on your rental return and cash flow.
Open a HELOC on the property, so you have cash to bid for the next one. Don'
t pay anything if you don't use it, but available when a good deal pops up.
Handle the first rental property is the hardest, multiple rental increase
the work to a lesser degree.

agent is cheating, you have to switch. But sometimes it is too late.
That's why it is important to get some referral from your best friends.

unfortunately liver cancer is one of the hardest to fight.
at this stage the chance of survival is small.
liver transplant is often not possible, as there's long wait
for livers and most liver cancer patients die before one is
available.
it would certainly a big decision. for older people, being
conservative and focus on relieving pains probably is a
better choice.

A lot of misleading information:
当然飞香港往返时间上比较亏,不过platinum之后随机升舱也很多
DFW to/from HKG is THE hardest AA route to upgrade. Platinum has almost zero
chance of being upgrade. Even Executive Plat need to book months ahead to
have a good chance. You also need to burn SWU here. Not sure how you got
upgraded as platinum
商务舱有空座就全体随同人员一起升舱
Not ture, you can only upgrade one companion , and you need to use stickers,
remember exp dont earn stickers

Pat pat. The first couple of months is the hardest. It will get better.
Have your husband and his mother look after the baby and you can get out to
get some fresh air. My husband used to do that and I went out all by myself
for a couple of hours.
Have you tried a swing? It was my life saver. I started taking care of the
baby all by myself after one month, too.

搜了一下,这老美太牛了,太佩服了,这么危险,非要生5个孩子啊,第二个孩子30周

Cant believe so many would blame the nurses. Well, nobody takes it lightly
to place IV in a baby, it's not only small, the intense pressure from
parents as well as a non cooperating patient who is usually dehydrated make
this one of the hardest job in the hospital. Cursing don't do u or your baby
any good. I know it because I'm the one they page if the IV team can't get
it. Best thing u can do is to look the other way, or simply stay out of the
room. Trust the nurse to do the best they can.

If you baby doesn't show any of early symptoms, he should be ok. Keep your
eyes on him for next 24 hours. if he starts to show any signs, you need to
take him to his doctor.
