心的部分，最根本的原动力，必须要来自于内部，这一点是不能动摇的。外部的信息和
助力，怎么拿来，如何取舍，这些都得从本国实际出发，从内部需要出发。
我认为拿来主义应该是“我们国家需要的是什么，其他国家怎样怎样，有鉴于此，我们
可以尝试怎样”。而不是“美国怎样怎样，因此中国也（应该）可以怎样怎样”，或者
“欧洲怎样怎样，对中国会有怎样怎样的帮助”。要知道没有一个历史经验是可以无条
件重现的。（这一点和自然科学完全不同）
