连体款式，Marmot 8000m Suit，MHW的Absolute Zero等，通常都为800蓬松度超厚款，
面料一般也为防水设计（无压胶），可以满足零下五十度以下的极地环境。
第一档，能适合正常用途的最强保暖，为800-900fill带帽厚款和600-700fill带帽超厚
款，面料都为加厚耐磨处理，版型上都为长款（Parka），可以盖住臀部，充绒量在250
-400g（650fill的到350-400g左右，800fill的为250左右），可以满足零下三四十度低
温（基本是中国非高山地区最低温度）。Marmot的Iceland，Dawson，Yukon Parka 成
人款，Whitehorse Parka 属于这个档位，Mountain Hardwear Chillwave和Nilas 也属
于这个档位。
第二档，很强保暖，为650fill 加厚款，款式一般为中等长度，这个档位男女款都有，

我的第一套，确切的说，是一套半，也是我目前为止唯一专门为滑雪买的衣服，也是co
lumbia。columbia在普通老百姓眼里，和TNF一样，都算是名牌了(当然早年的TNF比
columbia专业多了，后来TNF开始走了下坡路，反倒是columbia收购了mountain
hardwear之后，把日常消费和高端户外运动市场都占了），不过，columbia在专业户外
运动里排不上号。
作为入门的衣服，columbia的滑雪服对付一般的天气也算是足够了。之所以说是一
套半，是因为有两件裤子，一件上衣。第一件columbia的滑雪裤是从amazon买的，十块
钱，不带insulation，water resistent（其实就是基本不防水），只能在风和日丽的
条件下穿，另一件稍微好点，30块钱，多了insulation，可以在冷一些的时候穿，仍然
不防水。 上衣稍微贵了一点，70左右，不防水，但是下雪天用没问题，双层。这件衣
服我曾经用来登山穿了一年左右，不过都是在好天气的条件下。
这些衣服都有5年左右的历史了，在天气好的时候，雪场内仍然是我的主力滑雪服。

狂批了一顿。天气好的时候还行，要是下雨天，我穿着那件羽绒服根本不顶用——这还
是没上山的时候。要是真穿着它上山，我肯定会冻死在暴风雪中的。后来还好找别人借
了件探路者的羽绒服，就这都冻得要命。我感觉那些专业人士穿的羽绒服，包括我后来
借的那件探路者羽绒服都比较厚实，有份量，绒很蓬松，而我带的那件羽绒服则是轻轻
薄薄的。
这次经历让我决心买一件好羽绒服。前一段时间买了件Mountain Hardwear的Sub Zero
Jacket，在网上看图片和review还不错，可是后来穿在身上感觉还是轻轻薄薄的，一点
也没有厚实的感觉。不知道这件衣服能抵御什么样的严寒？爬雪山合适么？我现在已经
有点想退掉它了。
我记得之前有人提过mountain hardwear phantom，是不是只有这款羽绒服才能有那种
“厚实蓬松”的感觉呢？不过如果只是爬类似于Rainier的山，这款羽绒服是不是有点
大材小用了？

发帖数: 171 | 14 2012年7月4日到7月7日之间，我，Leo和Kai一起沿Liberty Ridge路线攀登并成功登顶
了位于美国西雅图附近的Mt Rainier山。Liberty Ridge是Mt Rainier北面的一条山脊
，它的左右两边分别是雪崩不断的Willis Wall和Liberty Wall。线路精华部分便是沿
着这条山脊登至Liberty Cap，然后再经山顶的平台抵达火山口Columbia Crest。山脊
攀登的难度大概是55度雪坡，在接近Liberty Cap的地方有大概两段绳距的AI2的冰坡。
这条路线也是北美50大经典攀登路线（Fifty Classic Climbs of North America）之
一。虽然在这五十条路线中，Liberty Ridge相对技术难度较低，但路线对体力和后勤
的要求却非常高。一般的攀登周期大概在三天左右，从最低点海拔4400英尺（1340米）
的White River营地出发，到山顶Columbia Crest海拔14416英尺（4394米），高差达到

就算是ski，powder skirt的作用也很有限。真正管用的是bib |

north face和 Marmot Helium同一档次的产品是Hightail, 基本上两者是竞争者
和Western Mountaineering齐名的另一品牌是Feathered Friends.
着还行的，另一人同样环境下可能会觉得很冷。用本版俗话来说，睡袋的温标是基于白
种多毛男的，或称，冻不死的极限温度。所以选择睡袋时，温标最好比你预期的温度减
个10度以上，比如，目的地最低 |

更轻能压缩更小。。
如果你是参加有背包服务的商业团，这个轻小就不重要了。。否则可以弄个mountain
hardwear phantom什么的。。 |
