a few times and they were between 195-200. I know the ideal cadence is 180-

is going to do any harm. High cadence just puts more burden on your heart.
It however makes it easy on your leg muscles. I think to run at a high
cadence is a good way of training. In a race though, to run fast, 195-200 is
probably too high to be efficient. But, who knows, people are different.
And, I think it also depends on the pace. The higher the pace, the less
