编者按：随着加元汇率的狂跌，加拿大国内的物价上升已经是板上钉钉了。超市里各类
蔬果和肉类已经提价，与龙虾一个价的韭黄也翻身成了“名菜”，但这似乎只是涨价大
战的一个开始。今年，加拿大通讯3巨头也将联手提价。
上周，BCE 公司第一个宣布，部分新用户每月的月费将增加5元。通讯科技网站 Mobile
Syrup 也以类似的幅度在提价。据悉，Rogers 和 Telus 也在酝酿着类似的提价计划。
对此，BCE 称，他们之所以进行价格调整，主要还是因为近期以来加元的下跌，以及对
通讯网络投入的增加。
Telus 也将矛头指向了加元汇率下跌。其发言人 Emily Harmer 称，公司每年都需要对
通讯网络投入数十亿，加元的下跌使得通讯网络建设的成本增加。Harmer 还称，此次
价格的调整只会对新用户和续约用户生效，并不会影响目前的用户。
Rogers 的公共发言人 Aaron Lazarus 也说过，价格的调整主要是源于目前的市场状况
对通讯行业的影响，以及持续增长的通讯网络和服务投资。

顾问关景鸿认为，新安排将打击港人移民加拿大的意欲；不过，移民部渥太华发言人哈
默(Lesley Harmer)表示，目前没有任何计划改变加国双重国籍法例。
根据明报报道说，新民主党移民问题评论员兼本那比道格拉斯选区国会议员苗锡诚(
Bill Siksay)，反对重新检讨双重国籍，他支持现行法例，亦认为加拿大国籍的定义可
以讨论，也应该欢迎讨论，但国会选择在刚完成自黎巴嫩撤侨的敏感时刻来讨论双重国
籍，时机并不恰当。
苗锡诚说，国与国之间的交流愈来愈频繁，人与人的关系亦愈紧密，让人们同时拥有双
重国籍，对加拿大延伸国力，及加强与其他国家的交流，会有好处，他不知道为何保守
党政府要对此提出检讨。
苗锡诚说，当然，持有双重国籍的人士，必须同时要尽加拿大公民的责任，这一点毋庸
置疑，而加拿大公民的责任及定义，应随时欢迎讨论，不过，并不能选在黎巴嫩事件发
生不久的现在进行讨论，时机上不恰当，好像加拿大只是为了这次撤侨引起争议，才对
双重国籍提出检讨。

one keyboard with harmer fell keys in the beginning, later I was able to
afford a real one. Here are a few points came from my own experience:
1. get a real piano if you want to be serious
2. fingering on techniques practice daily before pieces
3, read and think the music before your start to practice
4. counting is a must. without tempo, there is no piece.

小猫现在不喝水，只喝牛奶。。。是一点水都不喝。。。
就是说她只吃猫粮（吃得也不多）和喝牛奶。这样可以吗？

发帖数: 458 | 14 没有人站出来疾呼：所有的猫砂都不应该用马桶冲掉，即便厂家说是可以的？其它没有
标明"flushable"的牌子就更不能那样做了。自己google一下吧
BTW我几乎所有的猫砂种类都用过，最后还是觉得crystal的比较好。当然也可能是最贵的。如果LZ买了自动的scoop free, 只有crystal的才能用。我也曾经贪图便宜用过world's best, didn't work with scoop free very well, 上面老粘着猫猫的便便。。。而且猫猫出来时会掉好多在外面，very tracable.
