额度比免费的网站(如Mrrebate，fatwallet)高，代价就是每个月有$12会员费。究竟值
不值，

IRS“追杀”, 让我提供文件，二月中旬所需文件全部寄出。今天放学回家收到IRS第二
封来信，说是我共欠$3600税， $720罚金，$400利息，都快$5000了。
自己只是学生一名，手头非常紧，这个对我来说数目非常大，着急的当场就哭了。。。
后来我又仔细看了一下，觉得IRS算得不对。
我W-2上收入总共$17000, 1042S收入$13000(全部fellowship, 可是这个难道不是不用交税的吗？）所以
这么算来，最多也就是让我补交$17000欠的税。
IRS附带的回复上说，
（1） 1042S上收入公 $5000，这部分免税. (这个不对，我1042S是$13000收入)。
（2） W-2收入$30000， 这些全部要上税。（可是我W-2收入只有$17000呀!) 这到底
是怎么回事？他们怎么算得？
（3）我的1042S上$13000收入全部为fellowship, exempt code是00，不是$5000的那个04, 这么算来的话，我应该交W2收入$17000-$5000-$... 阅读全帖 |

I think you might have the wrong perception that your 总经理 only cares
about the delivery of business result. If he truly is a good leader, he
will appreciate people like 部门主管 more (that's probably why he is in his
current position).
Suggestion:
1) Take initiative to communicate and try to cooperate with 部门主管 and A,
and let 总经理 SEE that you are the person who took the first step to
harmonize the office.

到那儿去做工。7月5号是第一天，7月17号是在Nicky’s指甲店的最后一天。上了几天

（一）梁警官是极端自私之人，才导致陪审团成员无法原谅他
12个陪审团都一致认为梁警官有罪，那为何华人大都以为美国司法表现在梁警官身上就
是判决不公？言外之意有种族歧视的嫌疑？
撇开种族立场，单从心理学角度来看梁警官这个案子，我们就需要静心静气地反思这一
事件是什么因素导致12个陪审团一致认为梁警官有罪的共同心理。
我们需要做一个假设，假设梁警官是一个有教养的人，那就会出现下列一系列“如果”
。我们根据这些“如果”对12个陪审团的心理作用从而推导出结局应该是怎样的。
1.如果梁警官是一个善良的人，那当他得知他的子弹误伤了人（这是他和同胞们坚守的
案件定性），那他就应该不考虑自己的得失而立刻去对受伤者施救。
2.如果梁警官是一个能换位思考的人，那他就应该当即明白无辜被杀的人也有父母或妻
子儿女等亲人，人家的亲人被打死了，他就当即想到如果自己是对方，自己的父母兄弟
妻子儿女等亲人该是何等痛苦？
