此药非常贵，打听下来加拿大同样的药比美国便宜1W美元，因为我们经济能力也有限，
还是想在加拿大买。但这个药是处方药，奶奶年纪这么大来加拿大看病也不方便，病也

Harvoni只批了GT1。
现在2,3,4类不用讨论，只有Sovaldi批了。市场全部是GILD的
GT1是要讨论的点。对于GT1的病人，Harvoni的label上没有说要和Ribavirin一起吃。
Harvoni只有在，有Cirrhosis并且之前用别的药治，没有治好的情况下要服用24周。 |

治愈率高于82%。不过要和Olysio合用。
Sovaldi，每天1片，每片的价钱是1000美元，所以12周总价是8万4千美元。
Harvoni再贵12.5%。
貌似这是1b型的standard therapy，总费用都是大概10万美元往上（Olysio 12周也要
大概6万美元）。Viekira Pak和Sovaldi价钱差不多。

其中有这么几句话很值得关注，
VIEKIRA PAK is taken for 12 weeks, except in certain GT1a patients with
cirrhosis, who should take it for 24 weeks. Ribavirin should be co-

丙肝有GT1，2，3，4，5，6几种。美国3.2million的病人大概70%是GT1。ABBV的药只批
了GT1。其它的30%的市场目前还是GILD的。
GT1又细分为GT1a和GT1b。我看到的估计是GT1a的病人占了2/3, GT1b占了1/3。一般认

但是方便性上差点，所以价格稍便宜。
对于新一代的harvoni,Abbv目前批的确实不如所以价格便宜1000刀。但是这个市场是会
变化的，abbv的pipeline上的新东西也是往harvoni靠拢的,也不需要ribavirin。新的
战场会转向6到8个星期的治愈，achn在做这个。所以gild在短期内有绝对统治地位，但
是未来新的产品会给他的竞争压力越来越大。 |

多”，这里面水分也太大了吧。
这两个药是丙肝领域的第一个治愈性药物，半年治愈率 95%-98%。 以前得了丙肝，基
本只能一辈子携带者了，现在用这个药物就很大概率能治愈。这是什么概念？
之所以价格有争议，是因为在印度此药物的协议仿制药价格只有美国的1%。TG就没有这
个WTO的空子可钻，只有说把这个药物给拒了for no reason，国内不给卖。
这机器人可真是危言耸听。 |

Insurance companies/governemnt pays $100K per treatment.Cure rate is 95%+.
Pharmacy trend (year2 cost/year1 cost) is over 10% right now because of all
these specialty drugs. If you don't want to benefit from newer medical
technology then consider moving out of the states. |

看几个病人这点钱就到手了，而且合法，多好。
如果真是孝心足够，资金充足，可以问问有资格出诊的医生出诊需要多少钱，出诊就能
解决问题。 随便找几个大医院问下先。不过在医院这种5千块当5块钱用的地方，肯定
不是小数就是了。

次治疗两个月都因白细胞（1千多）和粒细胞（0.5）降低无法耐受停止治疗，并且病毒
也稍有下降无转阴。美国吉利得公司的Harvoni和Sofosbuvir（索菲布韦）两种。据说
前一种治1b型的好，索菲布韦治1b的效果不好。
想请问，有人了解这两种药的药疗和价格么？ |

vertex已经停止生产和销售这个药，所以肯定买不到了。
能有效治愈丙肝的应该是Gilead science的Harvoni和Sovaldi，或者johnson的另外个
药。
必须处方买。两个公司的药效果和价格都差不多。
让病人来美国一趟呗，现在机票便宜，机票加看医生开处方，2000美元足够了。比起药
价，九牛一毛。
这个药的价钱是1天一片，一片1000美元，总共8万4美元。如果需要和别的药物合用，
需要再加1天1000美元。如果有肝硬化或者别的indicator，需要24周，价格翻倍。总之
，至少要准备8万4美元，如果亚型不同，可能最多需要33万美元。因为还是有点复杂的
，不能自己买了吃，否则吃12周没治好，8万4打水漂了。
至于签证，准备好这些钱，以治病为名义，没问题。
而且，这么贵的东西，你自己先想好，要不要帮带。
如果确定还是要帮带，而且不差钱，歪招也有。

月，治愈率从40%提到接近100%。所有这些都是计算价格的基础。把这三个因素考虑进
去 ，很不幸的是，你会发现这个价钱并不贵。更不要提十一月上市的Harvoni了，涨了
几千块钱，却去除了另外一种有副作用的backbone，药效更加提高，疗程有望缩短到8
周。他们不加价的原因就是要把持市场。。。能用这个药的人几乎都是保险付，他们并
不在乎价格。这个股票的真正风险在保险公司，如果哪一天几家大的保险公司联合起来
逼他们降价，你再耽心股票价格吧。现在已经有保险公司把病人按优先级排号了，不太

headquarter转移到欧洲，以避开美国高昂的（35%）的企业税。尽管最后没有成功，但
体现了欧洲市场在他的蓝图之中。相应的，Abbvie Hep C药明年初会在欧洲获批出售。
而从病毒学分类的角度看，美国的HCV只要是GT1a, 欧洲的更多是GT1b。VIEKIRA PAK看
起来对于1b针对性更强。Harvoni的销售绝大部分是在美国。
比较凌乱，可能都是比较牵强的证据，请在制药业的牛人指点。
