我是8/06/2012考的Step1，昨天（8/29/2012）早上9:19am拿到成绩---242/85，还

主治大夫综合各方面因素，得出以下结论：
单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)性暴发型肝炎
一般而言，如果同时发生下述3种情况，应考虑HSV性暴发型肝炎的可能：

臀部的皮疹一开始看着不像恙虫，现在看越来越像是疱疹感染的散在的皮疹。
回顾病史都解释得通了：臀部疱疹感染（患者住宾馆）两天→高热，咽喉扁桃体溃疡→
外院抗生素治疗无效→肝功能极度受损（酒精和药物都加重了肝损伤），白细胞下降→
激素保肝治疗有效→病情迅速好转
单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)性暴发型肝炎
