As long as you get married before your 485 get approved, you can always file
for your spouse (even if you got green card already but havn't file for
your spouse yet).

If you have filed 485, generally you'd better wait for advanced parole card
to go back.
Actually, in your case, you have H-1B, so even if you have submitted 485 but
without AP, you can travel aboard. You just need to apply for valid visa
in US consulate in China.
When you file 485, you have to be physically in US. |

you including mine, then make up ur mind on what to do.
The data is there, look at previous pending inventory data to get an idea
how many EB2Cs are there on average per month, then look at most recent
pending inventory to gauge how many have downgraded to EB3. O will open the
gate when there is <1 month demand left for the category (this is subjective

EB2s who havn't downgraded probably care a little as you wont impact their
EAD/AP, but you might slow down their GC.
EB2s who have downgraded dont care a thing as they are already ahead of you.
so you probably want to seek advice from the last group of people. |

My suggestion is live in Belconnen, 15 min bus to ANU, normally $120 per
week for one room, you can get even cheaper one if you are lucky. easier to
get a labor job in Mall, I think, as I know nearly every shop need part
time people, also the auto shops, very good pay in weekend. there is a
sunday market, which i havn't been, but suppose to have cheaper veg and
fruits. I can not tell you how much you need for food, that's really depends
, maybe $50 is enough?

place for gathering. I havn't seen any gathering near the site, expect for
the Haymarket Crowd.
Most rally happen inside the Boston Common, in front of the State House,or
Copley Square. Personally, i think Boston Common is the most realistic
location.

And I havn't convert my MI driver lisence into CA driver lisence, now I am r
eplacing a new MI driver lisence. However, unlike a bank card which you can
"deactivate", I don't know what to do with a lost driver lisence to prevent
the thief from doing the bad under my name.
Is it true every person in US can only have one driver lisence valid?
