当然你可以讲你录取SAT低于2230分的，你就是歧视, 你录取ACT不是满分的，
你就是歧视，看看申请哈佛的，有3400学生是毕业年级第一名，没有录取的第一名是否
也可说歧视。所有的SAT满分而被拒的是否更有权力讲歧视。
我们这里一个非常好的学校，一千多毕业生，第一名和第三名都是小中男，结果
Stanford和Princeton都录取了第三名，全拒了第一名。名校要录的不仅仅是best，人
家要录的是best加 Fit。
申请学校要写很多essay，你没有把你的passion和excellence通过essay传达给
Admission officer 呢？很多学校会有一篇essay，也许题目不同，但主题是同一个Why
Stanford， Why Yale，学校不是要知道你多想上这学校，人家想知道你是否fit这个
2018class,你能为这个学校做什么? 你会在这个 class of 2018起什么作用？
现在有很多essay service，但是如果是用枪手写出来的，AO会看出来的。有害而无益。

我岛木有花旗这种高档银行，我在first hawaiian bank和center pacific bank的atm
用银联取过。
1.有每日取款上限，first hawaiian和center pacific都是500刀，这个是atm的限制，
不管用啥卡，包括本行卡取钱也是这个限制。
2.汇率是按照银联的汇率，在银联官网可以查到，不过之多能查到前一天的汇率，似乎
是东八区9点更新吧，周末的汇率不变，跟周五一样。
3.手续费这个要联系各家银行，包括atm行和卡的行。atm这边有些银行是有机器使用费
的，有的没有。first hawaiian就没有。卡那边要看发卡行的规定。我用的是华夏的卡
，华夏行的规定是每天第一笔全球免手续费。不同银行的规定不一样的 |

选在11月中旬,旅游淡季.在大岛呆了五个白天，进出都是在西边的Kona机场，Waikoloa
呆了两晚，Hilo两晚，Kailua-Kona一晚。时间如果紧的话行程还可压缩，见最后的三
日精华游安排。当然既然是度假，一般没必要那么赶，即使在酒店呆上一整天游泳晒太

纽约JFK到茂宜OGG Hawaiian Airline 2个人单程35000迈，AMEX的transfer partner。
茂宜岛
5天Sheraton Maui订的海景房，升级到了海景套房。58000点SPG点数，这个房间当时价
格每晚税前是900刀。
瓦胡岛
2天Westin Moana Surfrider 24000点，升级到了Banyan Ocean。我们的房间基本是
