sure. My current plan is to build a replica of Hawker III as close to the
orignal as possible. Composite is a good idea, but if you are doing it
yourself, better use fiber glass instead of CFRP. The material is relative
cheap, but the oven is not. LOL... |

现代的发动机差多了。老飞机在那个年代就是手工作坊出来的，自己动手的门槛也低一
点。
我选HAWKER III还有别的原因，这可是我们中国的功勋战机。现在世上也就是泰国的空
军博物馆里还有一架完整的。其它的可能连残骸都找不到了，就是找到了，也不可能修
复再上天。还是自己整一架吧。 |

抱本厚书，全程聚精贯注，如菩萨般静坐潜读，不瞧小电视，不上电脑，不看杂志。老

老丹有本书，概述全球100必读经典小说，里面所列的小说他已读得七七八八，很多书
小时便读过，还不厌其烦地重温第二遍，甚至第N遍。他说好书就要多读，每次读都有
新体会，颇似懂得古人“熟读百遍其义自见”之教诲；其中唯有一书，排列第49，他从
未涉猎，那便是《红楼梦》，始终好奇，也便成了他2015年的一项工程。
寻找英文版《红楼梦》的过程，让老丹初次领略中文的渊博深奥。他先是从亚马逊书城
下载了一电子版《Hung Lou Menga》，又翻为《Red Chamber Dream》，还被译为《A
Dream of Red Mansions》。读了几页，感到不知所云，比莎士比亚塞万提斯要晦涩数
