PLACID+lemonade配,很自然清爽,特别适合夏天用
mermaid,vivid, angelic都很漂亮
HEATER：灰紫色眼影闪浅蓝光，但没那么炫
HAZE：几乎就是HEATER的MATT版，颜色几乎一样，不带闪
上面这两个也不错.
icy做眉尾下的亮色,
我觉得quo的眼影比lancome的也好,粉很细腻,又容易上,而且不脱妆.刚去买了十个,跟sales聊了聊,她说她也喜欢,比mac和clinique好很多.以后再也不用lancome的眼影了.价格又便宜很多,爽死了

First, the league and Stern will point things out to refs but never directly
tell them, not anything that can be documented, to officiate a certain way
or not for a specific player or team. Nothing that can be construed as "I
want this team to advance in the playoffs" and "I want you to job this
player" This is so Stern can have complete deniability. I.E. I never said

他对JT的hazing只是要他每天早上买好coffee & donuts伺候长辈,

之所以RAW就是要它锈，越锈越有品
打球前一天晚上沾点盐水，搁着，第二天新锈就长好了，打完回来擦干晾着就行了
我感觉56-10最好用，60的spin不够，51的feel太硬。

今天跑了第一个long run (>15 miles)。总共16.0 miles，用时2:11:30。过HM13.
11miles线的时候是1:44:10。
跑之前左脚plantar fasciitis痛了三天，不知道是踢球弄的还是体会pawing back的时
候弄的。
痛得很奇怪，有时候走路都会痛，但是昨天recovery run跑开了又没怎么痛了，于是决
定今天按计划long run。
跑的course是前4迈下降240ft，然后再来10迈上升320ft的gentle rolling hills。
一开始下坡可以轻松跑到marathon pace来热身，但是开始上坡后就很要很集中精神才
能维持sub8 pace。
过半马线13.11的时候平均pace 7:57。然后就松懈下来了，以9分钟以上的pace
recovery了两迈，然后最后一迈提了一下速。
跑完微微拉神，洗个热水澡。左脚还是有点痛，膝盖前的韧带很酸，除此之外quad,
hamstring,calf都没有酸痛。

发帖数: 21240 | 28 最近滑双黑，在雪还不错的情况下，有点如履平地的感觉。因此想接受进一步的挑战就
需要多滑三黑。Hawaii 5-0在Blackcomb著名双黑Couloir Extreme的右手边附近。我是
先看到有人滑之后才找到这条道的名字。前前后后观察了估计有半个小时，最后决定放
弃之。总共见到4个人滑，全部是ski。第一个人中途摔倒，最后无奈从一片石头上滑了
下来。后两个人应该是一对夫妇，女的比较轻松下来，男的犹犹豫豫，最后在女的鼓励
下也顺利下来。第四个人我是在对面山上观察的，下来之后躺在地上十几分钟都没有动
，不知道发生了什么。
根据我的观察，滑这条道需要从False Face的顶部顺着cornice的下部traverse进去。
技术难度不高，但是心理压力较大。因为traverse的下方就是cliff，中间稍有差错则
会进入绝境，无路可走。（后来才查到这条道是加拿大六条肾上腺素雪道之一，这条
