发帖数: 1704 | 4 一般认为HBx可能在HCC中起一定的作用，因为有转录激活活性，in-vitro实验中能激活
某些HCC相关通路比如Wnt/beta-catenin，抑制某些抑癌基因比如p53等，不过相关的研
究结果不是非常的一致，由于模型的不同相互矛盾的也很多见。
HBsAg传统认为对HCC没有什么直接作用，主要是在诱导免疫耐受等免疫调节机制上。后
来发现某些HBs mutants也可能有诱导HCC的作用，但是也未见严格的数据实证。
基本上HCC的发生并不是HBV感染的直接结果，而是慢性感染所诱发的慢性炎症反应并长
期刺激免疫系统针对肝组织所造成的慢性肝损伤，从而导致肝纤维化-肝硬化-肝癌，所
谓的经典三部曲 |

说HBV increase pancreatic cancer risk, but other studies said no.Is there
any studies that talk about whether HBV interacts with pancreatic cancer
cells, for example integrate with the host pancreatic cell's DNA, or
stimulate some oncoproteins in pancreatic cells? thanks! |

发帖数: 1704 | 6 这种类型研究的互相矛盾已经屡见不鲜了，基于clinical association的分析很容易引
入bias，而所谓的statistical significance有时候也不能说明问题。究竟有没有关联
HBV在其中又实际起了什么作用，很难说。
目前HBV在HCC中的作用都还停留在“假说”阶段，更别提什么pancreatic cancer了。
HBV的体外复制是严格肝细胞特异性的，而体外感染更是只能在primary hepatocytes上
实现（HepRG cell是一个例外），体内也未见有HBV感染pancreatic cell的报道。
假如HBV真的与pancreatic cancer相关的话，我个人倾向于认为，同样是基于某些间接
因素，编码产物直接作用于pancreatic cell，可能性很小
