dependent care fsa了，这是什么鬼？今年才存了1700多就不让存了，我kao
据说是收入超过120000了，那要是一方工资超过120000，另外一方没超过的话，另外一
方能存满5000吧？
亏大了，现在fsa也改不了了，夫妻双方中低于120000的没存，高于120000的被限制不
让存了，是不是没戏了？ |

对企业的401K而言，为了达到免税的目的，highly compensated employee(HCE)的
contribution不能超过一定的比例，否则所有人放在401K里面的钱都要补税了。如果超
过了那个比例，企业的401K要退还部分HCE的contribution，以确保所有的401K仍然免
税。
所以这个是企业的401K的问题，401K里面cover的非HCE不够多。你也没办法再放
contribution进去了，只能收这张check，然后计入当年taxable income了 |

hunter和G&T考试不一样
G&T你可以辅导准备，有一定底子的孩子都能考高分。
HCES是用修正过的SB5来测的，心理医生那边也主要是孩子在医生的引导下玩。医生根
据孩子的表现来给予不同等级的分数。小孩智商越高，对医生的问题做出有效响应的机
会越多。如果小孩连续三个问题无法做出适当的反应，考察就会进入下一个子项。小孩
知识面越广，分数就会越高。
我们周围很多家长都花了大气力去准备，并且父母也都是顶级名校毕业，也都没过呀。
hunter考试的正确做法就是从小孩开始懂事起就系统的教他一些知识，拓宽他的知识面
。你说的这些可能对G&T有点用，对hunter没用。G&T我家娃轻轻松松就把78个题答全对
，还找测试的老师要难点的题。 |

是device-specific, IC没有其他auth points，没法cross verify。
但我觉得Apple Pay的牛逼之处还是在方便和将来和各种loyalty program的整合上面。
IC这东西还是个plastic，被动存储的一个介质，属于上一代的form factor，要渐渐远
去的。明年你会看到各种基于HCE的NFC方案，到时候form factor的局面就会更明朗了
。对于业内的朋友们来讲，其实已经特别明朗啦。 |
