除了一种情况，就是没有相应的中文词，不用英文就无法确切表达时。
而很多国人（留洋的，海归的，港澳的，外企的等等），中英夹杂只是夹些简单的英语
单词，论其动机，不外是炫耀其涉洋的背景（留洋或成长在殖民地？）。
当年阿Q正传里的“假洋鬼子”这样说：“我是性急的，所以我们见面，我总是说：洪
哥！我们动手罢！他却总说道No！——这是洋话，你们不懂的。”
诸位现在不但终于听懂洋话里的No了，还象那洪哥一样说了起来。
再看看钱先生在《围城》里是怎样描写这种ws的：
“Hello! Doctor方，好久不见！”张先生跟外国人来往惯了，说话有个特征－－也许
在洋行、青年会、扶轮社等圈子里，这并没有什么奇特－－喜欢中国话里夹无谓的英文
字。他并无中文难达的新意，需要借英文来讲；所以他说话里嵌的英文字，还比不得嘴

我看得讲keto的书也没否认keto对有些人的副作用
其中一个常见的就是在induction phase的headache问题
这个可能真的跟人的体质有关，我的确在最初1~2天有感觉到非常轻微的headache（
不是持续的，间发的），进入ketosis以后就再没有过了
again，我想再强调一次，keto是比较technical的plan，我不建议任何没有仔细深入
研究过的人简单的follow别人的diet，最好深入研究后自己量身定做
而且什么人要用keto？不是任何人
有pre condition的不能用
不是carbs intolerance的不能用（比如整天低血糖晕的）
我对carbs有多不耐受我可以举个例子
我曾经有一个月，首位加起来5个周末，都在山上，累计海拔爬升30000ft，还都是
负重的
而且周中也在workout，周中是按照减肥餐标准吃，周末为了爬山，才在周五或者周四
carb loading一次而已
即使这样控制，即使我那一个月这么大的消耗。我居然一个月还长了5 lb，你敢信吗 |

the tough work makes my mind boggle. -- the tough word gives me a
headache.
mind-boggling = headache-giving
the other usage is the same to "hesitate"
he boggled at the idea of swimming in winter.
i liked this word because the meaning seems to be useful.and i think it can
be used both verbally and in writing. |

过今天我终于体会了。
一个48岁的男子无缘无故得了头疼，3个月了， 天天疼，吃什么药都不管用。检查也做
了不少， 包括核磁共振。 也查不出什么毛病。
我不得不问他的私事， 他一脸忧郁，把孩子赶到外面， 谈起了他的困境：
他老婆比他小13岁， 有3个孩子（5 岁，9岁，14岁）， 他是全职父亲， 老婆工作。3
个月前他得知老婆与他们的好友有不正常关系， 而且瞒了他7年。 他一下子崩溃了。
想着一枪崩了那哥们，又想到这么做要坐一辈子牢， 见不到他可爱的孩子们了。 可凑
合着过再也没了以往的激情， 每到快高潮了就想起这事， 再也不能go。 时间久了就
impotent了， 这使老婆更加不满。他也想到离婚， 可这么些年了， 他荒废了学业和
工作技能， 没老婆养家他靠什么过？
回家的路上， 我设想了一下我要是他该怎么办？ 一下子， 我的头就充满了压力，就
象要爆炸了一样。

If you are new to here, you suppose to show certain interests in 佛经
before talk about anything else.
Any masters, they have to show their teaching is the same with 佛经.
Otherwise, they are suspicious by the standard listed here.
but the peoblem is, many people don't understand 佛经.
They don't have good education of classical chinese, they are half iliterate.

transportation is still more reliable ( well, the freaking NJ transit has
been giving me headaches this year), if you know the location, you can plan
it out. Taxi is pretty cheap in NYC as well.

I bought Becker from Ebay a month ago. It was a total disaster. I'm still
waiting for my money to be refunded.
Is anybody live in North NJ interested in Sharing Becker CPA review? it has
three installations, if three of us share it, it will only cost $1000.00
for each of us and less headache of dealing with ebay.
My FAR scheduled on Feb 12, so far I still don't have the 2011 update to
study yet. So much headache.

匿名检举邮件称，河南新乡医学院药学院现任院长杨俊把陈宙峰曾经发表在《自然》杂
志上的一篇文章“PS”上自己的名字后，附在其简历中，牟取利益。且有确切材料为证。
真有如此剽窃之人？震惊之余，出于好奇，陈宙峰在接下来的一个多月中，利用自己的
空暇时间对杨俊的信息作了些搜集。
在此过程中，他发现，这位“杨博士”所涉嫌的学术不端行为并非仅此一件……

will have tons of abstracts and papers during residency, then you can easily
find super or top fellowship, then you will NOT worry job--the jobs will
make you headache: to pick up which one? hohoho, sometimes too many good
positions, it's headache too.........
I's serious, get in first! unless you HATE to do research or hate to be a CP
only one.

看到一个头疼
的年轻女病人，问你有哪几个可能？就答说 acute migraine, cluster headache,
tension headache, etc. 可能追问一下 acute migraine和什么有关？答和她的月经有
关。
我觉得attending多半考问的还是medical school level的问题，刚开始的同学要在这
个方面
下工夫。答好了，attending会慢慢加到resident, fellow level的问题。 |
