大门开处，出现在面前的是一座富丽堂皇，及其宽敞的大厅。大厅里摆着几溜长长的桌
子，和古朴的椅子。大厅的尽头，是一个台子，上面坐着许多教授打扮的人。台子的中
间，是一个讲台，台面却是一只酣睡的白色大狼。
众人按照顺序入坐。余则成这才发现自己早已经是饥肠辘辘。抬头间，他隐约看到桌子
上有一个小条子，上面写着：今日小炒，酱爆鸡丁。
余则成揉了揉眼睛，心想自己一定是饿昏头了。在一睁眼，眼前却真的出现了一盘热气
腾腾的鸡丁，一个只有一寸高的橱娘打扮的小精灵也不知道何时出现在盘子旁边，细细
的声音说到：正宗农园小炒，请刷卡。
余则成吃了一惊，这才发现周围的人的面前都出现了食物。瑟瑟的眼前是一只烤乳猪，
幽幽的则是一只板鸭。
众人都是一阵欢呼，随即大快朵颐起来。

You are thinking more about cost(even it's the headmaster's money) than
relationship.
I used to make similar mistakes years ago. I helped people, like moving, or
teaching them driving. When they invited me for meals in restaurant, I
rejected by saying "that's nothing". Actually, I used to think it a waste
going to restaurant, even it was not my money.
Actually, this behavior hurt relationship.

，只是担心 academic 不够强。
看了 Sunnyvale 的 Challenger School，觉得教室很拥挤，大部分是烙印老师，总觉
得 Literature 应该是白人教:-)，但很喜欢 Principle (Headmaster).
看了 Strawberry Park 的 Challenger， 很和我的要求，但 review 很差。
我家小朋友很喜欢 Stratford, 不知道是不是因为容易。要是为了容易，宁愿送到公校
，也是800 多分的学校, 还省钱了哪。
请各位高人指点，多谢。 |

发帖数: 84 | 27 见仁见智。07年village卖给Meritas以后由于和原来的教学理念不同，大量老教师流失
，教学质量下滑，学生家长怨声载道。高中今年才第四届毕业生，有去top学校的，基
本都是从小在village一路优秀过来的孩子。高中走IB路线，据说在大学录取上有优势
，全球承认。问题是休斯顿IB师资少，高中有相当一部分老师不是很合格。好在学习好
的孩子们自学能力强，对老师的依赖性低，成绩还不错。去年village换了headmaster
，今年又卖给了大的教育机构，Nord Anglia，感觉学校在往好的方向发展。从中国来
的住宿生占学生比例较高，这类学生两级分化，有好好学的也有来造爹妈钱的，两波人
玩儿不到一起，和当地孩子也少接触，他们上的文科课程和当地孩子不一样。还有一部
分中国来的孩子借住在亲戚家里，走读。另有个别家长在这里陪读。
我觉得小孩在国内如果能进入好的高中，读大学时再出来比较好，基础会更扎实，孩子
大些也能更自律，能更好照顾自己。青春期的孩子不在父母身边不大好。 |

蝙蝠侠确实不错，属于解谜游戏，穿衣服配装备很有代入感。要是有开着蝙蝠车大战的
设计就更好了。
London Heist 玩了很短的demo，一手打枪，另外一只手换弹夹。很酷。
Until Dawn: Rush of Blood不错，坐在过山车上面用move当枪打各个方向出来的僵尸
，扬长避短，挺好玩的。
Kitchen， 生化危机7的demo，不长，没多少互动，等于是个恐怖电影，比看恐怖片刺
激，突然有血人出来扎你一刀，血手从后面蒙上你的眼睛，。比10几年前半夜玩生化危
机2吓人多了。
准备首发生化7玩。
Battlezone： 3d 坦克大战
Rigs ，3d机器人大战
视觉效果不错，就是年纪大了，打了一会儿就头晕。
Headmaster：头球练习游戏，戴着头盔顶头球，有点新意，玩一会算是健身了。
还有些party game. 其中一个可以一个人用手柄操作扔东西，另一个戴着头盔当怪兽躲
。挺适合小朋友玩的，儿子打算叫他的好朋友周末来玩。 |

一本好书《爱与祈祷》读后感
半年以前，朋友罗群向我推荐了一本书《爱与祈祷》（英译中）。看到书名，我还以为
是一本宗教宣教方面的书。她说译者是她的几个美国好朋友，她们精益求精的合译了这
本书，因为有些宗教的话语在里面，在国内竟花了4年时间才得以出版发行。我当时就
很好奇，是什么样的动力，能驱使这些忙碌的妈妈们，即使没有宗教背景，但也愿意把

（九泉兄如果没什么问题，我就转温情了）
余则成叹了一口气，原来又是那个同样的恶梦。那个不知道做了多少年的恶梦。
天色已经放亮了，窗外早市的叫卖声，已经隐约可闻了。余则成干脆起身，希冀着外面
的空气可以驱散自己心头的阴霾。
早春清晨的空气的确新鲜。余则成深吸了一口气，一股带着青草味道的凉爽直通丹田，
连额头也觉得清爽。
信步走出院子，外面的马路上却已经是车水马龙。勤劳的人们为了生计，早已经将热闹
带到了这里。
余则成就这样微笑地看着这些忙碌的人们。渐渐地竟有些发痴。
孔子说的好，十室之邑，必有忠信；十步之内，必有芳草。对面那个卖早点的女子，发
髻高挽，干练麻利，转身之际胸前却是波涛汹涌；还有左面那个刚刚开门的女服装店老
板娘，一幅睡意尤浓，惹人爱怜的模样。。。

瑟瑟搬了把椅子，坐在了余则成的对面，直勾勾地看着他。
余则成有些不好意思，正要起身躲避，瑟瑟突然说道：你常常大白天的性幻想，对吧？
"没。。。"余则成有些虚弱地挤出一个字来。
"告诉我，"瑟瑟却丝毫没有不好意思，"你现在看着我，有没有在性幻想？"
