With all the responses posted here and some other gun forums, the situation
mentioned in the 2nd question (black residues on the neck after firing) is
normal. It's caused by the gas remaining after pressure has decreased enough
for the case necks to release their grip from the walls of the chamber.
The heated discussion comes from the 1st question, "cannot chamber problem".

with the barrel. However, mismatch happened alot and if you have need to do
so, simply buy an headspacing gauge and check it for yourself. As far as I
know, new milspec bolt are fine to drop in an milspec barrel and ready to go
right away. The rule of thumb is, when in doubt, check it yourself. |

Is the headspace a big issue when you build your AR from individual mil-spec

个区别是枪托, 然后是枪管是否镀铬, 然后就是headspace加工精度. SPR是McMillan+
镀铬+Bolt headspace held to +/- .001”, PBR则是普通托+不镀铬+Bolt headspace
held to +/- .002” |

即使都是mil-spec的话，保险起见 headspace还是要测的。
AR的枪管是barrel + barrel extension

只能换个bolt再测测。
这个攒PC差不多，零件上自己没啥可以额外再动手的余地，就是买自己最想要的装。

取五个从这个枪里打过的蛋壳，用RCBS's Precision Mic量了一下。
是1.4636+0.003 = 1.4666, 处在5.56 NATO chamber 规定尺寸 1.4646-1.4706的正中。
可靠性和精度都应该不错。
一般公差设计可以保证headspace是within spec的，如果各个部件的误差都在设计范围
之内
但是这个如果如何保证呢？还是测一下比较保险。
只要BCG, upper receiver, barrel都是mil spec的话，是否还是一定要测 headspace？ |

浮动枪管的AR。最近打着给老大造枪的名义，装了一条新AR出来。
写下来，算给自己一个交待，也给枪版上的新手一点经验。老手们请砸砖！
AR，说是“造枪”，其实不如说是“攒”，如果天朝开放枪禁的话，肯定会有
一个“枪械城”的地方，密密麻麻到处人头攒动，店铺林立，有卖枪管的，有卖
枪机的，有卖护木的，铁瞄，LPK，扳机组，枪托等等不一而足。要买枪的，就
叫个小二，把单子配齐，在铺子里老虎钳，台钳，凿子，榔头乒乒乓乓一把，
高级点的估计可以现场跑到底下的靶场去HPT，“烤机”通过后就可以一手交钱
一手交货了。其实AR有一个国标在，标准化做得不错，所以用“攒”一词，以示
没有多少技术含量。
虽说可以自己攒个AR出来，但是火器毕竟是火器，自己攒的电脑爆掉不过
是块烧坏的主板电源。AR爆掉少则掉层胆，多则掉块肉，最坏丢掉小命也不是
没有可能。伤了自己算是自取，伤了无辜就太不厚道了。你说你没招谁惹谁，
去靶场打两枪却被隔壁的假冒伪劣AR kaboom打到，这太悲剧了。

可怜我那些辛辛苦苦十来个小时准备的弹壳，底火和弹头啊！！！
洗了弹壳，要等好几天晾干啊！
晾干了以后要根据headspace来分类，一个一个量过来啊！
分类以后要上油，一个一个来润滑啊！
一个一个上模子压成形，再一个一个trim啊！
trim完，再一个一个去毛刺，里面一趟，外面一趟啊！
弹壳处理好了，带着face shield，一个一个压底火啊！
虽说有RCBS的charge master，火药不用自己称了，但是还是要一个一个等啊！
然后称ogive，压弹头，一个一个啊。
你说这样造出来的子弹多少钱一个？两毛？
尼玛，SMK 69gr就两毛一个了！火药底火不要钱呐？resizing不要钱呐？triming不要钱呐？去毛刺不要钱呐？那个一趟一趟的流程都不要钱呐？就算是联邦最低工资每小时7刀，不！就算是每小时5刀，这子弹也要一块大洋一发啊！

枪不错，没有出现tophuang同修提示的headspace问题，瞄具和精度也没有问题，靶场
有个local玩枪很厉害的老大爷，我让他帮我试试精度，50个yd，枪枪中可乐瓶。
军用蛋装药可真是不抠门啊，后坐力巨大，声音巨大，我今天为了凉快，嫌我那个ear
protection太热，只带了耳塞，本来呆了3盒子弹，后来肩膀和耳朵实在受不了，打了
30发就撤了。
有一个很不爽的问题大家给会诊一下。
枪击发后，在退壳的过程中，bolt从原始位置（3点方向）到可以拉动的位置（12点方
向）很不流畅，大约在2点方向或者1点办方向会卡住，要用很大很大的劲才能拨到12点
方向，甚至要用手掌砸，每发都如此。
和此相关的症状及试验：
1.子弹上膛很流畅，没有问题
2.上膛未激发的子弹退膛没有问题
3.空弹壳上不了膛，bolt从12点位置拨到1点位置就再也拨不动了
4.每个弹壳都有一致的较深划痕（见附图）
那个老大爷说可能是子弹的问题。
另，今天被9MM弹壳烫了一下上嘴唇左边，很诡异的抛壳曲线 |

几个窍门，
第一看镗口，一定要整齐，没有磨损
第二看膛线，要深，sharp。还有成色如果不光亮也马马虎虎，如果能像镜子一样就最
好了
第三枪栓、枪身数字要匹配，这样headspacing合格的机会比较大
AZ的童鞋就不能帮你了，多做些研究再买
