thought it was just shin split in the beginning, but it actually was stress
fractures... however, it still hurt badly in the Relay after completely
stopped running for almost 6 weeks and it start getting better in the end of

some tips to share:
1) the root causes of my t.e. were a) the combination of poly string + one
handed backhand, and b) wrist whip. in particular, if the temperature is low
, poly string can become really stiff.
2) i used wrist whip to generate extra spin and acceleration, and that,
according to my coach, can put stress on elbow ligament more than anything

我前几个月开了3个新号，没给资金。直接把俱乐部的初始铜卡球员卖掉换了coins然后买
铜卡包。后来第一个帐号挣了10w＋，其他两个也上万，主要是懒得搞，作个实验

发帖数: 2338 | 35 前一个也是伪MMO。Lost song是在ALO里，但是refer的事情都是前一集里发生的。
玩下来我没觉得有什么情节。就是点内心发展而已。比1的好处就是能飞，且一队可以
三个人，
不需要带主角。然而因为主角才能触发某些剧情，还有些quest是指定人物组队，
所以基本还是要用主角的。
总之一般般吧，白了就不想再玩了。强点是画面（帅哥美女），可单机也可以联网打，
缺点是没有美语配音，没情节。Battle system就是MMO那种，有限的几个slot
选你要用的skill, 然后装哪个可以练哪个。但是没有自主选择stats之类的
customization,
所以RPG的感觉不强。我觉得最不爽的是AI太弱，healer从来不知道用技能回血，
只是吃item回血。虽然AI的item也算免费，但是就没法练heal的级别，所以必须你
自己用Healer，让AI用DPS。或者就干脆不要healer了。我就是一路基本都在用
Heal和加buff了，所以并没有什么成就感。
