Montgomery and Frederick top the list in MD, based on how long people live
and how healthy they are.
However, the air quality in Fairfax ranked 132 in VA (last one in the list)
poorly because of the region's horrendous traffic.
In Maryland, prince George's county ranked 17 out of 23, in large part
because of the rate of the people dying before age 75, which is more than
twice of that of Howard county.

Today I read an article saying you should fill your plate with 50% vegie/
fruits, 25% grains and 25% meat. This is the healthest diet.
