如果您觉得自己听力不太好，建议您去做一个hearing test。在网上约个评价不错的
ENT doctor，基本都可以做hearing test。如果您的症状和文中的症状类似，那么您可
能也需要做Stapedectomy手术，希望里面的一些内容能帮到您。
耳硬化症的症状：耳硬化症，又叫镫骨硬化症。镫骨是中耳的一个小骨头。对于正常人
，镫骨的振动，帮助声音在耳道里传输。对于少数人，由于某些原因（医学界暂无明确
解释），镫骨逐步硬化，从而降低声音在耳道里的传输，造成耳朵听力损伤。耳硬化症
一般是双耳同时听力损伤，也就是双耳的镫骨同时开始硬化。同时，这种硬化过程是非
常缓慢的，患者表现为听力缓慢的降低。另外一个现象就是，当音源放在耳后时，听力
较好。当音源放在耳旁时，听力较差。上面是我个人的理解加医生的解释~不一定准确。

声喘了几口气，发出类似叹气的声音，眼角慢慢沁出一滴泪水。医疗监视器的警告声提

and the doctor was able to have him fitted for a set of hearing aids that
allowed the gentleman to hear 100%

就算是你有理，也会说：你这样做危险，他可怜你，让你take deal (减点，但罚款增

我妈妈名义申请的disabled person parking placard, 有效期11/18/11 to 05/11/12
，DMV邮寄过来的有一张receipt（receipt有卡号，姓名、地址、有效期等资料）和一
张placard. receipt可能在收到卡的时候扔了或者不知道放哪里了，总之就是没有保存。
4/11/12车停在残疾人停车位但是忘记挂卡，收到一张$475的罚单。打罚单上的电话咨
询，说把placard和receipt复印件邮寄连同contest form mail到指定地址就好了。因
为receipt已经找不到了，隔天马上去DMV office重新打印了一张，结果发现新打印的
receipt只显示issue date是4/13/12，整个receipt找不到卡的有效期是从11/18/11开
始的。工作人员说系统就是这么设置的：哪天的office visit就打哪天的日期。找了
supervisor，也这么说，但是给打印了这张placard的历史纪录在有DMV logo的纸上，
是内部文件，这么显示：

公室区域走出来，说“只要你坚持reduction, you will be fine."hearing时，judge
说你是不是关心points and insurance,我给你reduce到65开70，不会影响points and
insurance，似乎两人商量好了。我的申辩中有1. slope, 2. 当天警察说我后面的灯坏
了，其实没坏，3。第一次speeding ticket, 并附了照片，hearing前寄给了judge, 因
为警察hearing前的”警告，“ hearing时没提第2点， judge 也没回答我的问题”你
接到了我的信和照片吗？“
疑惑：1。police and judge是不是事先商量了的？police为什么进judge的办公区域？
不是两者分开吗？
2。警察临hearing前告诉我那句话是警告我不fight吗？这是符合程序的做法吗？ |

标 题: [求建议]怎么fight 忘记挂handicap placard的罚单

说来话长。请耐心看一下并提供建议。
我妈妈名义申请的disabled person parking placard, 有效期11/18/11 to 05/11/12
，DMV邮寄过来的有一张receipt（receipt有卡号，姓名、地址、有效期等资料）和一
张placard. receipt可能在收到卡的时候扔了或者不知道放哪里了，总之就是没有保存。
4/11/12车停在残疾人停车位但是忘记挂卡，收到一张$475的罚单。打罚单上的电话咨
询，说把placard和receipt复印件邮寄连同contest form mail到指定地址就好了。因
为receipt已经找不到了，隔天马上去DMV office重新打印了一张，结果发现新打印的
