back my previous claim that
heartbreak hills are overrated. Unlike most marathons which start at mile
20, Boston marathon starts at mile
16.:) And actually, I find the most challenging hill to be the one that starts at around mile 16, before getting
to the Newton fire station. The later hills look intimidating but are less tough. |

外面跑可以看风景，吹吹风（风不大地时候）。我在MA，冬天雪大而长，那个时候也只
能在跑步机上跑。因为不喜欢跑步机，我在今年的BM前就没怎么训练，跑完后感觉比
MCM累，当然也有可能是heartbreaking hill的缘故。我没跑过NYM,我的一些朋友们跑

发帖数: 1283 | 12 上周日25迈之后一直小心谨慎，周一慢跑了3 miles，昨天一小时的hill session，从7
.5mph到8.5mph, 变化坡度，最后一段一迈多4.5-6%的坡，7分的pace，算是模拟了一下
heartbreak hill。
今天做了我目前最喜欢的workout：从9mph开始，每5分钟加一分钟的3％ @ 9mph，然后
速度加0.1mph, 这样共10组，一小时，以9.9mph收尾。今天大约9.3-9.4mph的时候感觉
稍有费力，过了半个多小时加到9.6mph的时候忽然变得非常轻松，最后9.9mph的速度也
觉得非常自然，觉得还可以跑很远。可能是因为一天吃的比较少，到后面开始燃烧脂肪
了才感觉热身开了。 |

发帖数: 1770 | 17 第一次跑Boston, 在整个冬天准备还算充分的情况下，跑出这个成绩，实在惭愧。虽然
后半程体力不支，但直到爬过Heartbreak Hill都感觉还好， 没想到是最后的4，5个迈
爆了。 没有走，但也快不了多少。勉强生不如死地熬过终点。
1．对气温的影响还是估计不足。 不象秋天的马拉松，身体经过冬天后已经对高温没有
适应能力。
2．能力不够， 对跑坡没概念。大腿的肌肉被波马的大坡彻底trash。 小腿肌肉虽然跳
了好几下，但毕竟没抽，酸痛感也远小于大腿。
总之还有很多地方要总结改进 – 训练计划，训练方式等等。 想想自己几个月来寒风
雪地里的辛苦，还是有点难过。 不过经验无价 – I will be back.
最后一定要好好感谢阿牛哥的热情接待， 还有Boston甘当志愿者的诸位。 |

从09年6月开始减肥断断续续的开始跑步，到12年4月终于跑完Boston Marathon,
用时3年不到，还是感觉很不错的.
这回虽然收获PW一枚，但是似乎没啥hard feeling,相比去年中跑的San Diego
Rock&Roll, 这回算是跑得非常舒服的一次了. 回顾一下我跑过的四个全马：
2010/10 Toronto Marathon 首马，当时因为要去Toronto办事，无意中挑了一个
course,天气都不错的比赛. 虽然第一次全马，中间也岔气，抽筋，非常痛苦，但最后
达到了自己预想的目标，还是很高兴的. 这次也拼得非常狠，以至于恢复用了很长的时
间.
2011/06 San Diego Rock&Roll 二马，这个比赛可能算最痛苦的一个了，准备这个
比赛用了30周，train得也非常狠，一周2次hard run+周末long run, 20+迈long
跑了20来个，最后天气比较热，小腿抽得一踏糊涂，中间就觉得完不成比赛，最后奇迹般
的坚持下来，居然还PR了, 但比预期差得太远，跑完很是沮丧了一阵子.

敢地活下去，跑下去。
简单写一下比赛过程，作为对跑版的回报。
赛前赛后腐败聚会通通省略5000字。
进入corral 7，没找到鱼哥和wutou，于是就自个儿穿到了尽量靠前。枪响起跑，4分钟
整时才过起点线，因为我前面有6000多qualifying时间比我快的高手！乌泱泱一片快马
在你前面慢奔还是相当壮观的。
这次比赛跟往常一样是按照预定pace来跑的，不同的是这次的pace band更高级，不是
even pace，而是按照course坡度来customize的。我的pace band就是在下面这个网页
里填上2:59:59算出来的。

pace band就说了，第一迈跑7:04，但事实是想跑这么快都是不可能的事情，因为前面
的快马挡着你的路，根本快不了。大约跑了4迈左右才达到了pace band的pace和时间总

played his best(I believe he was close), there is not a guarantee of a win.
Roger is totally different from Nadal, he win easily he lose easily. He had
lots of much more heartbreaking loses before, so true he had a great summer.
Look at it another way, isn't it more exciting to see a young talented guy
holding the trophy? Isn't it the same what Roger felt many years ago? It
appears Roger understands it.

tragedy for him. He was so close to millions of dollars and then busted in
such an epic aircraft crash way. Sure, he won $280k. But personally I'd

1999mode是肯定不能run and gun的，這也給遊戲增加了更多樂趣，而不再是無腦射射
射。根據我個人的體驗，槍械最重要的是狙擊和卡賓這兩把，因為遊戲裏面大部份場景
都很開闊，所以打高難度shooter屢試不爽的打發“猥瑣”是肯定不錯的。敵兵的AI雖
然還行，但是很多時候你可以跑得遠遠的，然後慢慢從拐角或障礙後面移動，到剛剛好
可以從狙擊鏡裏面看到敵人，敵人經常會傻逼看不到你，或者站在那裡一動不動開槍，
然後你一槍把頭狙爆掉就好，又爽快又保險。
卡賓槍也可以射的很遠，而且升級后威力也大，雖然不如狙威力大，但是可以連著射。
什麽衝鋒槍之流就是垃圾，雖然經常能撿到，但是射程短威力小，升級了之後也so-so
，不推薦，同理手槍也不推薦。沒有卡賓槍的時候可以帶噴子或hand cannon，狙一般
是常帶。榴彈槍殺小兵還可以，小boss戰非常垃圾，有時候patriots傻逼了站在那裡不
動不上樓什麽的，可以拿榴彈一直吊射，感覺沒個十幾發是打不死patriots的。RPG也
有點雞肋，威力一般，但是飛行時間太長，近距離轟的話會自傷，而且很容易在換彈的... 阅读全帖 |
