我现在要在3月做一个手术，放的FSA不够。我5月份要换工作，去新的单位，多投些FSA
，可以用来报销我3月份的花费吗？ |

Heathcare cost is twice as much as the rest of the western countries? The
discussion has to involve Insurance, lawyer (claim/unnecessary tests),
hospital/doctors, pharmaceutical, etc. it has to involve all the
stakeholders and not just our middle class. Without reduce the overall cost
of healthcare, any Heathcare will not be sustainable.

总共四种测试方式：1. chorionic villus sampling. 2. amniocentesis. 3. quad
screen. 4. first trimester screen.

批，这是移民法规定的。如果他继续批，那才是违法，ROW立马就可以告他。
3. O如果知道了有人拿他的好心当把柄告他违法，可以想象以后不会再做这种放水的事
了。宁可一个不进门，也不让一部分人进门的目的就达到了，这样你们就开心了吗？

Goodlatte 通过 piecemeal 方案的事情已经是几个星期以前的旧闻了。他本人并不坚
持拆分法案，只不过他当时担心大法案过不了而已。
House 的CIR 版本唯一纠结的地方是移民是否能够享受Heathcare， Pelosi 已经表示
妥协。所以House 版本出台的可能性已经很大，今天和明天可能就会出来。
有了这个House 版本，Bohner 不需要直接拿senate bill 投票。

毕业后在美国小规模生物技术公司2年产品经理，想申请2010年MBA,入学时有3年工作经验

MBA后desired professional goal是finance.但是结合目前自己的经
验背景觉得申请Heathcare,biotech，consumergoods management较好讲故事
总体来讲，自己属于年轻没有什么工作经验，比较有想法,判断力和执行力。
由于家庭原因prefer加州和纽约的学校.
打算全部申tier 1的MBA:
1.UCBerkeley - Haas
2.Columbia
3.UPenn-Wharton
4.UM-Ross
觉得自己定位比较高，打算放手一搏,毕竟nothing to lose.
不知道基于自己的情况，上面的定位是否reasonable(缺乏工作经验，年轻，
healthcare方向同时也有进入finance的机会）

值得一提的是，统计和QUANT还差得比较远
在金融方面做做risk analysis或者STATISTICIAN和街上做QUANT是两会事
也有统计PHD研究方向是ECONOMICS/FINANCE然后跑到街上做MODEL的
做QUANT的一般是学数学，物理或者是ECON/FE的 |
