是想报3月底的old goats 50迈的，没想到这比赛很快就报满了，后来想想
也不是坏事，这个old goats很难，12000ft爬升，估计跑完到波马前都恢复不过来..
然后就报了这个Bandit Ultra Run 50K, 在洛杉矶北面一点点，不算很远，
而且是早上直接check in,就不用住宿了，比较方便。这个比赛爬坡比上次
Avalon Benefit 50迈要陡一点，总Elevation Gain 6000ft左右，算起来
可能接近WS100(18000ft,160KM)的平均坡度了, 我的garmin 310XT数据：

这个粉应该不只是心里安慰了，的确提供能量，包括carb, protein,
甚至一点点fat, 据说能帮助你消耗fat....我现在还不太清楚最后
导致产生废气的原因是啥....
hammer的产品，包括Heed/HP/GEL, 主要的carb来源是Maltodextrin,
其实并不是简单sugar, 你可以试试他家的heed/gel, 看你能消化么？
我平时也不喝糖水，不过比赛的时候会喝可乐之类的...
比赛吃nuts/trailmix这些fat高的显然不靠谱了，主要还是得吃carb,
你饼干水果这些也不爱吃么？ |

Man Dies After Setting Himself On Fire In Front Of Courthouse
KEENE, N.H. -- A man who set himself on fire in front of a courthouse in
Keene sent a letter to a local newspaper before he died.
Thomas Ball, 58, of Holden, Mass., died after setting himself on fire in
front of the Cheshire County Courthouse in Keene on Wednesday. Witnesses
