其一，是substantive due process; 強調個人的生命，自由意志，財產不能被政府無
故剝奪。
其二，是procedural due process; 強調程序正義。
其三，是equal protection of the laws. 強調法律面前人人平等。
談到平權，就得談什麼權利是憲法賦予的權利。
Boudin這一次的案例援引了幾個最高法院的案例，
其中包括Love v. Virginia，跟誰結婚，是憲法賦予的權利。
而同性間的性行為，早在Romer v. Evans, Lawrence v. Texas的案例當中，

症（Bipolar disorder）均为独立的疾病实体，相互之间没有概念从属关系。张纯如的
诊断最初是抑郁症（Major Depressive Disorder），后来有医生诊断燥郁症（Bipolar
disorder）。这两个疾病都没有妄想表现。

Minnesota-based private-aircraft maker Cirrus Industries Inc.—a small deal
that highlights the expanding ambition of China's aerospace industry.
