“古希腊文化漫谈”，同大家好好分享一下，毕竟这是我们现代科学文明的源头。
先说Greece。同“Hellas”一样，这个词，或这个人，也是来自丢卡利翁和皮拉的
家族，丢卡利翁和皮拉有一个女儿(同时也是赫伦的姐妹)，名叫潘多拉(和普罗米修
斯的弟媳同名，但不是一个人)，此女同宙斯私通，生下两个儿子，老大叫拉丁诺斯，
被认为是拉丁人的祖先，“Latin”一词即源于“Latinus”；老二叫做格雷卡斯，
被认为是希腊人的祖先，“Greece”一词从“Graecus”演变而来。这个传说虽然流
行，但恐怕不是早期希腊神话的原貌，因为在希腊神话成型的年代里，拉丁人还是
亚平宁半岛上的“蛮族”，希腊人对他们基本上不屑一顾，怎么可能让他们作老大，
自己屈居老二呢？很可能，这是希腊诸城邦屈服于罗马的权威之后(公元前二世纪)，
罗马人(拉丁人)制造出这个故事以加强其权威的合理合法性，甚至也有可能是某些
希腊学者为了同罗马老大哥拉亲戚而编写的。至于此神话的原貌到底如何，恐怕只
能留给学者们争论了。

, my experience limited to the occasions of working with other ships, and
asking the same question you did.
this integration created a lot of issues. from what i saw personally, it's
hard to find female servicemember who can do as much physical work as male,
who ends up doing most of the labor.I also heard plenty of stories as such
and there's the sexism and sexual harassment issue, be it legitmate or not.

斯塔 哈维 卡卡 内马尔 皮尔洛 内斯塔 ...他们交流起来都非常容易，西班牙语葡萄
牙语意大利语都是从通俗拉丁语演变而来，在词法、句法上雷同度很高。也就是说一个
西班牙人 一个葡萄牙人 一个意大利人在一起各自用自己母语聊天，80%他们的交流没
有问题，基本能猜出来是什么意思。除了法语，这个属于变异化的拉丁语。
由于英语媒体的强势，外加国内不少球迷对拉丁语系缺乏太多了解，所以对很多球

尽管多发性大动脉炎多见于中青年，但它是排的No1的、肾动脉狭窄的原因。多发性
大动脉炎，一个特征：双上肢收缩压一般>10mmHg——这是个命题者给你的Gift, 加肾动
脉杂音，想都不想，“毫秒杀”答案。肾动脉粥样硬化，对老年病人，排在NO1，但题
干已经给了双上肢的压差和肾动脉杂音，直接吃“Gift”, 别想其他！
第二个问题：
Syncope，定义为：“突然的、短暂的意识丧失”，一个常见的原因，就是心脏泵血功能短暂
的不能维持。如果患者还能来到ER或者心内科，患者必然会通过“抢先占领”机制，
恢复心脏的泵功，否则，患者到不了ER。
因此，这个64HR，是患者在ER，而不是在心源性晕厥的当时。
EKG，是记录不到窦房结电活动的。P波，是心房而非窦房结的电活动。但PR延长，直指从
心房到心室传导延迟，反映从心房到房室结、His 束、His下的高位起搏点，功能都不行；
QRS延长，反映室内传导延迟、或左右心室活动不同步。这个病例，晕厥 + QRS延长 +

个考试还是挺难的。12个病例，5个人提到英语需要加强一下，其中1个SEP两项都没给
credit，3个人给了一半credit，2个人提到了英语但给了全部credit. 另外7人给了全
部credit， 还有两人评价english is good. 感觉他们都是native, 为啥理解我的
accent差别就这么大呢。打击了自信心！有人有经验如何纠正accent吗? |
