they have 160-170 degrees of view, too wide for hunting purpose. Examples
are Go Pro and Contour HD.
I could NOT find a good helmet mount for regular point and shoot camera. Let
me know if you have any recommendations.
Another problem with helmet mount is that you can't see the view finder. So
it is hard to operate. You probably only have a second to turn it on when
the deer appear.

I am interested in the Mr. Hood training, however, I don't know my schedule

Small Wall as my warm-up, when a hand hold broke and I fell about 30 ft

红灯必须停啊，安全第一，小命重要。就算是绿灯，通过路口的时候也要确认没有SB
driver – you never know.. 还有各种shopping plaza的入口/出口也都要小心通过。
头盔我推荐aero helmet，比road helmet能少很多drag. 效果因人而异，有些号称能提
高3mph. 有名的牌子有Giro, Rudy Project, Louis Garneau等等。以前aero helmet都
是尖头盔（参考Giro Advantage），前两年流行短一点的尖尾巴，现在又流行圆头盔了
（Giro Attack）。形状的变化是因为考虑到各种骑行姿势。价格从100出头到4-5百都
有，我买的是150左右的Giro Advantage.
用aero bottle可以让喝水对骑车连贯性的影响减到最小。大的品牌有Profile Design

Helmets are good and people should wear them when they snowboard.
A helmet has saved my life innumerable (spelling?) times. Mapcar saw me
riding helmetless. But that wasn't riding but rather "braking".
You may think you only need a helmet if you do crazy bling bling tricks,
but other people can easily hit you (one of my friend seems to be a magnet

that, I got my helmet right away. And it was also about the same year when
Giro started making the best ski helmet ... maybe 6 or 7 years ago?! I felt
lucky that I bot a helmt because I had several serious falls afterward.
Without a helmet, I would have been long dead.

的，屁approve都没有呵呵。 可以混过去，或者你用loaner helmet也好啊。自己买个
helmet sock就好啦。我是觉得吧，做任何事情都不能急，不然会后悔的，反正我会后
悔，可能你不会啦。open face还有full face的问题你想太多了哦，防火其实是最次要
的，着火的几率太小了哦。 你的车如果气囊还在的话，full face会比较危险的，起码
是有这种说法。我看过一个scca的报告说气囊集中full face helmet的面罩然后导致车
手重伤，那个好像是一个备忘录，得出的结论是如果还是用原厂座椅安全带加气囊安全
措施的话，建议用open face；full face建议roll cage加筒形座椅加racing harness
使用。当然我承认open face很难看。

看了那个“有多少人同情藏族”的话题， 我觉得有必要以少数民族的身份说说自己对
国家民族政策的感觉。
我是壮族， 当然壮族人口多， 你们可以说早被汉化了。 我来自广西偏远地区。
我跟父亲的民族， 母亲是苗族，奶奶是瑶族。我们是民族大团结的家庭典范了。哈哈
。
在我老家山上的苗人还是要一月才翻山越岭的来镇上赶集， 用农产品换日化品。
也还有穿少数民族服饰的苗人， 瑶人， 不是因为他们觉得漂亮（当然我觉得很漂亮）
， 是因为穷得就只有拿一身衣服了。虽然穷的少数民族大有人在， 但大家生活也慢慢
变好了。大多数人慢慢搬到镇子上，年轻人都穿牛仔裤了。小孩子也都上学， 至少上
小学。国家建了若干希望小学。 每年有扶贫款等。
我们在学校都说普通话， 回家照样说土话， 就是壮话。 我父母就是大山里出来的

不给就闹。。。现在担心她眼睛。现在看来没那么严重，但还是要隔段时间就干预一下
比较好。下面是我从网上搜的，好像没有那么恐慌。

我们很担心，2个月去检查的时候就跟ped说了。当天看的是一个比较年轻的ped,说没关
系，自己注意就好。2－4个月，因为全家的努力，宝宝有了很大进步，经常向左看了。
但是后脑勺右边已经睡扁了。 4个月检查，等到了我们的ped，是一个比较有经验的老
医生，看了宝宝的情况，推荐去看pediatric therapy.今天看毕回来，报告一下。
宝宝斜颈，不是太严重。医生建议一个星期去做一次therapy.教了几个动作，平时自己
在家做。建议戴helmet矫正宝宝头型，据说大概要戴12周，矫正好的头型会比一般正常
的没戴过helmet的孩子更标准。现正在和ped联系这件事，一旦批准，insurance全包。
每周一次therapy，建议做到宝宝走路，因为孩子很容易在学坐，爬和走路的时候继续
形成这个习惯。需要不停矫正。
我们的therapist专门提到，一定要提早矫正，到孩子8，9个月，会越来越难。他说见
过两个2岁左右的孩子，先天性斜颈很严重，但父母完全没重视，没治疗，到两岁多的

，每个helmet都是customized。所以大概会在5个月左右开始带。

发帖数: 1393 | 47 带去看看医生吧。即使不戴helmet,但至少可以看看是不是斜颈，需要不需要无理治疗。
我家和你一样，大概是2个月的时候开始左转，现在他也会左转着睡觉，但好象向右转
更natural.
AT ALL. We tried our best to turn her head, but she will struggle, fight,
and cry. Even after she's asleep, it is still difficult. I turn it, in 3
seconds, she will turn it right back. I was so frustrated. She's 2 month old
now, and already has quite obvious flat-head symptom on the right/back side
of her head. But her neck seems looser. In the night, I can now get her to

If you do use helmet, better use it earlier than later. Before 4-5 months
old is the best. |

my 6-mo son is wearing a helmet. it has been about a month. the shape of the
head improves a lot. we were told he needs 3-6 months as my son's case is "
severe".
the mistake we made was to let him sleep on soft bedding, as insisted by my
mom, even I understood clearly it increases the risk of SIDS. obviously it
was comfortable to him, so he had less head movement. As he grew rapid in
the first two months (from 17% to 94%), the back of the head became
obviously flat.
