发帖数: 365 | 1 Uhaul网站上有报价，按小时、helper人数收费。下单时候用信用卡付费给Uhual，然后
Uhual发给你一个电子邮件，里面有一个code；helpers干完活后，会问你要这个code，
他们凭这个code去向Uhaul要钱。
moving helper的公司价钱差异很大，挑公司的时候，看review，找review好、价钱又
不高的公司。
应该是要付小费的。我的东西特别少，第一次moving helpers来了后特高兴：才这么点
东西。预订两小时（印象中是两小时起算），四十分钟就搬完了，然后我还没给小费，
他们就走了。第二次快搬完的时候，其中一个helper就说他很饿，想买汉堡包，呵呵，
我就每人给了15%的小费。
按照本版的说法，去HD门口找老莫，价钱会极便宜。不过我当时没看到有老莫在HD门口
，而且老莫也没有review，不知道好不好，呵呵。 |

，林林总总$600+。最后决定自己租u haul，再请两个moving helper。但是有个问题，
总共搬家费2个人2小时才$100,对方又收了$15刀路费。这个小费怎么给，给多少？谢谢

今天搬完了，回来汇报一下。我们的东西实在是不多，装卸总共只花了将近一个小时。
2个小伙子来了二话不说就开始干活，我们有2、3个大件比较沉，一半的东西都是上2楼
，其实如果他们稍微拖拖就能超过2个小时的，但是非常实在，一口气没歇，加路上的
半个小时车程，还富余了半个小时。他们搬走了一个我们不要的电视柜，最后我们又额
外给了一个小时的小费，他们很高兴，还给我们留下了联系电话，以后有需要搬东西随
时可以找他们。
在找他们之前我们联系了几个报纸上的中国搬家公司，具体名字不说了，按小时计的最
少要4个小时、3个工人，林林总总$600+；不按小时计的不算小费给我开价500刀。最后

个小时。结果装车花了2小时，卸车花了1小时。我每次都按4小时sign得voucher.当然

helper照顾他的时间比较长，倒是和owner的关系比较生疏。我想买份礼物送给她，又
不知道送什么好。我猜她是打黑工的，五十多岁，大部分事情都是她做，挺不容易的。

Job includes preparing dinner, picking up one boy (5 year old) from after
school (also in Mountain View, 3 miles away), driving him home, batheing after dinner.
Generally it will be 2-3 times a week (could be flexible), around 3 hours

dependent pass）或者长期访问准证，现在没有啥事请，可以考虑这个工作赚点零零花
钱。生物医学或者理工科背景的本科生或者研究生（持有学生准证的），也可以申请。
当然，如果你是拿奖学金的，就不要来凑热闹了。
或者long term social visit pass的，一个礼拜最多按照35小时计算。 |

种？主要是一张queen size的床，有个书架，一个study desk,另外就是书和衣服，都
装箱的。开U-haul过去，需要人帮忙从车上搬到apt里。apt在一楼。
