我35周的时候破水，女儿横位，c-section.
生完三周的时候有出血块，做B超说是子宫的刀口上有淤血（hematoma)需要排出来，ob
认为出血块正常。从4周到6周一直是鲜血到粉色到棕色到没有来回循环，到7周的时候
肚子有像来例假似的疼，然后出鲜红的血有5天左右，血停了2-3天之后，又出血了2-3
天。到现在已经9周多了，血是没有再出了，可是小肚子总是像来例假第一天似的那种
疼。想问问姐妹们这种情况正常吗？大家都有没有这方面的经验，要不要吃些中药调理
一下，还是说慢慢就会好了。先跪谢了！ |

飞机，其中一次对胚胎组织做了DNA检查，发现是基因分裂时出现问题，这不得不让人
怀疑辐射。我还有健康出生的一儿一女，根据我老人家这么多年在生娃这个问题上的血
泪史，不怕一万，就怕万一，我还是非常容易怀孕的体质，但每次流产都伤心欲绝，劝
你还是不要因为一张机票或工作因小失大。况且你已经见红了，有的时候是着床不好，
你可以搜搜绒毛下出血，或hematoma, 如果是的话，bed rest 就非常关键。 |

昨天看了医生，做了个B超，宝宝有胎心了，98跳。医生说偏慢，但是鉴于我才六周零
两天，还是属于正常的。这点我自己不是很焦虑，第一次b超四周零六天，啥都没看到
。第二次隔了四天，看到空的sac，这次和上次隔了六天，看到了胚胎和心跳，我相信
下次心跳会上来的。
然后出血，医生说我有subchorionic hematoma。我上次生儿子也是这个样子，出血出
的跟period一样，而且整个孕期反复出血到生。上次的华人医生也没给我开黄体酮。这
次的医生也说没必要用黄体酮。
两周后复诊，现在就希望这个血块能自己慢慢吸收或者慢慢排出来，不要出现极端情况
就好。

ER. I have been put on bed rest since then. I'm almost 20 weeks now. You
probably have a sibchoroinic hematoma. See a high risk Ob. They are more
experienced with the complication. Take bedrest and drink water. Everything
will be fine! |

了中医喝了中药，后来就没有spotting了（我不确定是不是一定是中药的效果还是血块
自己本身也会被吸收）。

现一个血块，躺了2周后消失，10周又出现新的两个血块，医生建议继续躺1个月，最后
好像在20周不到的时候消掉了。每天坚持吃生菠菜和各种berry打成的smoothie。yahoo
上有个sch的group。我觉得关键就是躺。 |

发帖数: 517 | 14 以前有个朋友有过，属于先兆流产的征兆。她是黄体素不够加上劳累。医生给开了5，6
个星期的病休，在家静养，血块消失。后来生出得宝宝又健康又聪明。
上星期五晚上我自己大出血，到ER一查是同样的毛病。这边的医生不给保胎，听天由命
的意思。只是说不要heavy lifting或straining，还有不要放任何东西在产道里面，包
括transvaginal ultrsound也不可以。后来仔细想想是周四周五两次上厕所过于用力（
straining), 周五傍晚大宝睡着了把她从车库抱到卧室, 当时就觉得腰酸肚子紧，后来
两小时不到就鲜血直流了。
楼主mm也不要过于担心，好好静养。这个东西担心也没有用的。祝好孕 |

发帖数: 44 | 47 今天得知了step3的成绩，210+，心里的石头终于落下。终于轮到我给USMLE说再见了。
回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。
复习资料：随大流，MTB 3, UW CCS, UW step3 Qbank, UW step2 Qbank;
模拟：考前2月，NBME 1 190+, 考前1周，NBME 2 220+;

abdomen, SOB and hypotension. Physician suspected pt had pulmonary embolism,
and ordered heparin. The night shift nurse said No to physician about
heparin. If no test done to rule out internal bleeding, she will give none
of heparin. PEA arrest later,ACLS got pt back, hemoglobin found dropped from
11 to 5. Numerous blood products given. CT-scan later found a large
retroperitoneal hematoma 22cm*24cm, and pt also was found |
