是多少，失了多少血是相对的。一般术后/产后H/H高于8.0/25就不需要输血；低于这个数就应该输血，小于7.0/20医生就会要求你必须输血。
人类存活的最低限应该是Hemoglobin > 4gm/dl，临床上我见过术后低到4.3gm/dl而又
存活康复的，可那是特殊情况（Jehovah's Witnesses)。 |

像瓜叔讲的，跑太多，把红细胞踩死不少, 对长距离跑马路的人影响比较大.
4. Iron Loss Through Sweat and Urine
对环境比较热，出汗多，跑得又多的人影响比较大.

除了DNA，hemoglobin以及1/2诺贝尔的K channel貌似是因为结构而得的奖，其他几个
得奖是由于他们的生物学功能上的意义而发的奖，并不是由于由于结构被解析了而颁的

我个人看来，你的列表里只有Hemoglobin是真正一个由于结构而得的奖，而且是由于X-
ray crystallography这一开创性的技术。

是，找不到合适的control gene primers. Millipore 公司提供的chip kits里用的

是他们用的是小鼠，但是primer sequences和大鼠的基因是完全匹配的，而和小鼠有1

但hemoglobin的突变还可以导致其他好多种疾病如thalassemia，而anemia就是更大的
一个疾病名称。相对于anemia而言，cancer就是所有表现为失控生长性疾病的总称，但
基因突变复杂的多，（单基因vs多基因），所以简单的在基因水平上来说就是癌症是无
数种失控生长性疾病的总称，而每一种就是一个不同的基因突变的组合，所以谈所谓的
“突破”，如果是针对cancer这个总称，我觉得没意义，应该细化到每一个单一癌症种
类，这么说才有意义。 譬如说CML leukemia就是一种相对单一的癌症，BCR-ABL基因致
病，所以CML现在由于gleevec的发明，基本是一个可以控制的癌症了。同样还有M3型
AML。
将来如果“癌症”可以被所谓的“攻克”（非专业说法），必然是各个击破 （就像现
在治疗任何一种单一的疾病如sickle cell anemia，而不太可能是突然发现一个万能的
方子，可以治愈所有癌症。

好的答案，唯一的建议是跟医院保持好的沟通，有礼有节（其实没有人希望这样的事情
发生，不要树立不必要的敌人）。有什么问题都问他们。然后对于医疗报告记录，医院
的程序是正确的。只需要你主动坚持，一定会拿到的（不管他们是不是很情愿）。有一
点是现在没有什么测试可以做，现在baby吃喝拉撒睡，和你们互动，如果没有和以前有
不一样的话，或者没有和同龄的baby都差异的话，即便是做了测试很有可能也是正常的
。最重要的测试是以后，看看developmental milestone是不是都和同龄的小朋友一样
。有一点也许会让你们宽心，小baby抗缺氧的能力比成人好很多，因为还有一些fetal
hemoglobin.结合氧气的能力比 adult hemoglobin好很多。 |
