female, primary HCC diagnosed Nov 2011
女, 65 岁, 55 KG (58 KG presurgery). 原发性肝细胞肝癌
1) greyish white liver mass, 7.5x6 cm, adjacent to capsular, with 10+
satelite lesions, ranging 0.2 - 0.8 cm in diameter.

静脉血栓可以通过抗凝血药控制（这边最常用的是coumadin），定期查INR值来调整剂
量保证在therapeutic范围。但是不太sure对孕妇是不是要忌用某些抗凝血药，如果可
以用，无论如何平时bleeding的risk是增高了，产时hemorrage的可能性也很大，但是
这个是预期内的，美国这边条件齐备的医院应该可以handle.
你朋友在国内什么地方？我觉得除非大地方的好医院，并且早入院观察，不然危险性很
高。
