大夫给我写了封referral,让我去大医院：
hemoccult positive today in office. No obvious hemorrhoid or fissure seen on
anoscopic exam. please evaluate and treat
"positive"是表明好还是不好？
上面的意思是说，“诊断结果表明痔疮存在，可是没有明显迹象”这个意思么？

paper and the liquid developer applied to it and the color changed into dark
blue, most of the time means there is blood in the stool, that is a
positive test,
seems you had an anoscope, didn't show any anal fissure or hemorrhoid which
could be the cause of bleeding, thus the referral for further evaluation, |

pads, 先用pads clean 干净患处， 再把 cream 涂在患处。另外preparation 还有颗
粒状的可以每天塞进去，那个会更有效一些！
要是大便干燥可以吃 colace或者买generic 的Docusate sodium stool softner...每
天两粒，喝大量的水。一般来说一周内会有明显好转，两周内会治愈。 要是再不行，
才需要去看外科医生，不过不建议。。。多吃蔬菜，保持运动和顺畅的排便才是最重要
的。 我老婆是医生，以上是她说的 。 |

我的 primary care physician 把我送到 Gastroenterologist (GI) 那里。
GI 说是肛裂 (fissure) 或是痔疮 (hemorrhoid) 并且说 "He doesn't have
great knowledge in this area." 然后把我 refer 给 surgeon. 肛肠疾病
(我怀疑我的症状像是肛窦发炎) 在美国到底该看什么specialist? 多谢！ |

发帖数: 889 | 15 最大可能是内痔(internal hemorrhoid).典型症状就是便血，色泽鲜艳。因为在直肠开
口肛门内侧，出血马上就能看到，所以不是陈旧的褐色。
当然还有很多其他可能性。建议去检查。
如果有年龄，家族性息肉等risk factor,建议做colonoscopy. |

simple like hemorrhoids. Either way, getting it covered by insurance now is
tricky, plus you can't know whether the insurance will save any $$ here.
So I'd say just get her to a general physician preferably chinese-speaking
and/or working in a low-cost clinic. Office visit and doctor's manual exam
shouldn't cost more than $200. Be careful with any lab test or imaging,
though, e.g. colonoscopy can run for a few thousand.

If you are 50+ or has colon cancer in your family, you should get a
colonoscopy to rule out cancer.
If you are in your 20s, 30s, rectal bleeding is likely due to anal fissure
or hemorrhoids. Dietary changes as your friend recommended will be the
right thing to do, especially if your stool is hard. It is not something
that you try for a couple of days. You have to keep doing that EVERY single

Obstruction can be caused by hard stool (constipation),and pregnancy itself
. Constant body position also leads to poor circulation. The hormone
changes during pregnancy and delivery can potentially make things worse by
changing the blood vessel property.

猪肉。奇怪的是，我在吃这些能吃的食物时，胃消化能力又特强，好像是胃酸分泌过多
，吃完一会儿就饿，包括瘦猪肉。要吃正常饭量的两三倍。去做了胃镜肠镜，没看出什

or she will let you know right away. If nothing abnormal is found, they
may still take some tissue samples along the way. If something's seriously
wrong, you will hear back within 1-3 days; otherwise, usually results will
be back in a week or so. If your GI didn't mention anything abnormal, I
would not worry at all. |

1。我个子很小，怕生起来困难
2.我有 external Hemorrhoids,就在会阴下面,比较大,一旦撕裂,会非常痛苦.
医生很好说话,说配合我的想法,如果要c,这个星期五就可以做,因为下星期他要出去,或
者下星期五也可以,而且只要是合理的要求,比如对我个子的考虑,保险公司会付费的.
我的想法是,现在c38周,太早,b超今天测的是6磅,如果等到下下个星期,就更好了,但是
不知道在那之前会不会发动.
姐妹们有什么建议,前面有过关于c的帖子,似乎还是c很positive的,轮到自己了,还是想
听听过来人的建议 |

我的感觉是我们这个医院喜欢剖(40%).所以我尤其担心我去生了,然后ends up with剖.
痛也痛了,结果白痛一场.
加上另外我说的因为Hemorrhoid, 不知道中文是不是翻译成痔疮,还是血管瘤,撕裂的可
能性非常大,怀孕因为便秘疼痛还看过皮肤专科,医生要我和妇产科医生商量,然后我ob
说这个很正常,又比我的还大的.然后问他能不能在生的时候一块割,他说从来没有医生
这么做手术的.所以想到自然生如果撕裂的话,就会像版上很多旧贴说的痛苦万分了

面去了，然后赶紧调整用劲儿的方式，18分钟宝宝就push出来了。我想要是麻药了以后
，肯定就没这么好的感觉了，说不定搞个rectocele，至少也有hemorrhoids的可能。我
最后才1度撕裂，perineum是完好的，很快就恢复到没有生宝宝之前的状态了。 |

才用的栓。用了两天就好了。叫 Hemorrhoidal suppositories。cvs, walgreens,
rite aid都有卖的。 |
