丹麥素有「養豬王國」之稱，其中部城市蘭納斯（Randers）近來公布一項最新規定，
強制要求所有公家機構在餐點上必須提供豬肉，雖然市議會解釋這麼做的目的是希望突
顯丹麥文化，但卻在當地引發政黨激辯，究竟該如何「尊重」伊斯蘭文化也成為爭議焦
點。
人口數只有560萬人的丹麥，豬隻飼養量卻高達1300萬隻，並以豬肉打亮其在國際市場
的名號，也是世界上最大的豬肉出口國之一，豬隻及相關豬肉產品銷售量，更佔丹麥出
口總值的5％。
蘭納斯市議會19日表示，這項規定是為了確保市立機構，如托兒所，能夠以丹麥文化作
為其供餐重點，包括平均地供應豬肉和其他食物。市議會同時也強調，這並不是強制任
何人去吃任何會「違反個人理念或信仰」的食物。
多元文化難題
2013年，丹麥也曾發生過類似事件，當時一間托兒所將豬肉從其菜單中下架，而招致丹

their blackheads and whiteheands out and minimized their pores, are on:
borghese mud
nars mud
origins mud
ole henriksen firm action
fresh clay mask
lush cosmetic warrior
aesop mud
I tried 1,2,3,5,6. 1 is the best. what the rest do is just to compromise the
cleansing power by being "mild". Sisley clay mask is another good choice.
If borghese is too harsh to you, i think 2,5,6,7 are worth trying.

目前计划是每周一次，先拿粉刺针压出黑头，然后用 Ole henriksen firm action
mask 收缩毛孔，
最后用 Nuxe - Masque Frais Hydratant Refreshing & Relaxing Moisture Mask 补
水。
以前没试过，请版上的mm们指正,也欢迎推荐去黑头的适合一同使用的产品:) |

严格来讲我和痘痘战斗也就是来美国之后，之前我的态度都是你爱咋样就咋样～我２５
岁以前没正经用过护肤品，所以现在一脸斑和毛孔…………………………
来美国以后就开始过敏，下巴暴皮很严重，红、白色的皮一个多小时就一层。额头上的
痘痘变的很大而且硬，这个时候我才开始意识到护肤的重要行。
中间走了多少弯路就不说了，都是眼泪……后来我也是很偶然看到的一个痘痘帖子，应
该是天使上的，现在找不到了。觉得她的状况和我的比较像，就开始照她的单子买东西
，皮肤也是从那个时候有的改善。
我的痘痘在额头基本上说明是我的睡眠状况不好，这个也要调整会有帮助，下巴长痘是
排泄不好，这也是我要改善的目标。
从生活习惯上来说，要至少保证每天躺着６个小时，让你的血液回流，让你的内脏排毒
。保证睡眠是基本的健康要求，大家一定注意。还有一个就是大号的问题，基本上排泄
好的ＭＭ痘痘和腹部肥胖都不会困扰她。
为了战痘，我开始调整我的生活习惯，睡眠比较好调整，ＪＭＳ要是有问题，我再回到。
主要说大号的问题，大号问题基本上和我们的饮食习惯有关，我爱肉，爱辣，这些都会
让我不爱上厕所。
