infection at this age, because hepatitis B generally transmit by body

宝妈们都很关心疫苗问题，我把我今天和ped讨论的情况给版上汇报一下。
去之前做了一些research，ped之前就给了我一个疫苗清单和注射的shedule。我把每个
疫苗预防什么病都先搞清楚了，免得和ped讨论的时候乌龙。
一般，两个月的检查要打预防8种疾病的疫苗，疫苗数量取决于你的儿医那里用哪个版
本的疫苗。
现在最新版本的疫苗，不再是DTaP一针其余的5种各一针，而是DTaP和另外两种疫苗（
Polio and Hib）合并成一个针剂，无法分开打。
我做research的结果，Hepatitis B的第二针不一定要在两个月的时候打，这个针可以
在2-4个月之间打，因为4个月要打其余疫苗的第二针，所以可以在三个月的时候再打
Hepatitis B，和其他的疫苗注射错开。这个想法和ped的建议一样。
今天和ped讨论了疫苗安全性问题，告诉他我不想让宝宝一下子注射太多疫苗。因为上
面提到的五病联打的药剂无法分开，所以这一针是必须打的。ped说Pneumococcal如果

Hepatitis C 远比 Hepatits B 凶猛。病毒在那儿常年累月的敲打肝细胞，几十年后得
liver cirrhosis 或者 liver cancer 的可能性极大。
楼主谨慎对待，并不是说没希望了，应该有些抗病毒的药物, 可能要长期服用了。

两针或三针，我打完第一针之后把疫苗记录拿给体检大夫，他说可以，就把I-693表填
好给我了。我后来才注意到693表上疫苗那块有一栏completed series，我也不知道大
夫有没有在那里打勾，不知以后会不会被要求补充完整的疫苗记录。大家的疫苗都是打
几针呢？我这样还有必要打第二针和第三针吗？
另外，我从网上的各种经验帖中得到的印象是，即使你没有之前的疫苗记录，最多补打
两三种也就够了，但我的医生要求我打六种：Td, MMR, Varicella, Meningococcal,
Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B. 虽然打也打了，不可能改变什么，但我还是很好奇，有人
同样打了这么多吗？难道每个医生的规定不一样？ |

approved的case 吗？
2.可以直接跟医生要求waiver chickenpox的疫苗吗？还是说以前得过好？不知道USCIS
会不会接受这种waiver?
3. 知道MMR是不能打的，有什么是可以打的疫苗呢？
4. Vaccines表里，怎么还有Hib, Hepatitis B, Penumococcal, Rotavirus,
Hepatitis A, Meningococcal的东东，这些也要打吗？

发帖数: 287 | 50 我前阵子做了485体检，很多疫苗以前出国的时候都打过了，这次只打了另外两针，具
体名字我也忘了，好像是什么hepatitis A和 hepatitis B，然后也做了TB test，结果
是 positive。收到TB test结果以后，那个移民局指定的医生（Dr. L）让我做两件事
情：
（1）做 chest X-ray，并且把报告发给Dr. L; X-ray的结果是negative，说明不具有
传染性。Dr. L也说了，其实绝大多数中国人都是这样的结果。现在Dr. L已经有了我TB
test和 chest X-ray的结果。
(2) Dr. L同时又给了我另外一个order，约见 Pulmonary and Sleep Consultant里面
的一个医生 Dr. F. 我上个星期二去见了Dr. L，她就简单对我做了一些咨询，建议我
吃6个月的药。我看了P Jiang的博客，说我们中国人不要去吃那个药，我当时也就没有
答应。直到今天，我询问Dr. L那边，有没有收到Dr. F的report，那边还是说没收到。
我想不通的是，为什么这么一个简单的report，一个星期都提交不了？
