不变学费制将有所改变，学费将根据未来的通膨率挂钓上下调整。
为了弥补收入的不足，政府将对亚post-secondary institutions投入$136 million的
财政支持。
Herard 称新制度将为学生们节省下来数千元的学费，新制度还包括支持part-time
studentse及提供更多的奖学金。
在两年前，Premier Ralph Klein曾作出承诺，在亚省接受post-secondary是全加拿大
最便宜最支付得起的。
Herard 称现在政府正在兑现这个承诺。
但是学生们却对这个新制度并不高兴，他们想得到更优惠的学费，他们希望学费的涨幅
在通膨率之下。 |
