言归正传，来美国是悲剧的开始，额头上的闭口自从爆发就再没有消停过，护理得好的话只是闭口，护理不好的话就演变成硕大的千年老痘，跟我妈视频时候着实把她老人家吓一跳。
本人25-，冬季混合偏干，夏季混合偏油。不会化妆，用的不杂，不爱跟风，如果心中有棵小草的话会深度地考古一下。穷学生一枚，没有用过任何贵妇产品，其实也没多少心得，最大的希望是请各位看官达人指正护肤不当的地方。

我虽然是混合皮，但是还是倾向用比较温和的产品，不喜欢洗盘子的感觉。而且我发现其实温和的产品多揉一下再用水冲掉，还是洗得非常干净的，而且不会紧绷。

甜甜来我家三个月，她从shelter带来无穷跳蚤，传染给贝贝，最近把我也咬坏了。开
始是从shelter买的advantage各一只，除此之外，三个月内还分别每只猫用了6只
advantage，我觉得剂量已经足够大了。口服的Novartis治跳蚤的药连续三周每周每只
猫一颗，tapeworm的每只吃过两颗，tapeworm的药非常管用，立竿见影。这个周末刚刚
给服用了program的治跳蚤卵的药。家里地毯喷boric acid，放flea trap跳蚤灯，每天
用跳蚤梳子给梳，真是要崩溃了，甜甜每天都能梳十几只，洗澡也洗了，各种药都吃了
，剂量也很大，怎么还天天都能梳到那么多跳蚤呢
他们都是indoor的，我打算到时候收到东西试一下neem oil和herbal collar，另外
program每个月才能吃一颗，实在没钱没精力再折腾了，希望再坚持三个月吃program的
药丸，盼着flea free的那一天快点到来！ |

你是男生，通常男的都不喜欢HERBAL TEA这类东西。
喝酒头痛的话，可能是和你喝的品种有问题。我喝了百威就头痛。MILLER就没事。
牛奶问题，你可以试试Lactic free milk，我喝那个没事，但是通常有点甜，不太喜欢。

玫瑰水，囤了一瓶。
lotion，他们说calendula cream是treatment不是lotion，单用的话保水能力不够。
按摩油，有厚重的cream，非常好用，蠢蠢欲动，但是我的皮肤又没有那么干，所以买
了一个按摩油，只在需要的时候，偶尔使用。

在chinatown买了一瓶云南白药
回来发现盒子上写着herbal supplement
说明上说是口服的
里面一个小小的玻璃瓶，微黄色粉末
我猜测这个是为了避开FDA的药品检查，
以herbal supplement的形式进口，
实际上还是外敷的云南白药，是不是这样？ |
