The 12-32 record is certainly a good place to start if we are talking
landing a favorable draft spot, and now that Bryant is no longer in the
lineup, it appears as if the Lakers could be in for even more losses in the
immediate future. The only chance the team would have at more wins is with a
heroic effort from an unexpected source, which is exactly what Lin was for
the Knicks.

再也没有机会见到他了。。。因为他不喜欢出镜，不喜欢spotlights，不喜欢受到关注
，他只想彻底褪去名人的光环，做一个最最普通的人，回归安静平稳的田园和家庭生活。
果然这一年里我见到他的机会寥寥无几。。。大概有几次马刺队的关键比赛，他去跟他
们聊了聊，还有他的退役仪式，baby news，以及有人拍到他在商店里买东西的照片，
果然和普通的老百姓没有一丝丝的分别。。。就这些了。所以我一直觉得，我要想再见
到他，就只能等到马刺队的新赛季开始了。
9/9的早晨，我起床后刷手机，notification里竟有一片关于他的东西，不知是什么事
情，我好奇地点开了link，看到一片"The Players Tribune"上的文章，名字是”Don't

当年老觉得他面，其实他后来很快就不面了，也干掉了我刺，但是我somehow仍然对他
留下了一个面的偏见，一直到后来小牛掉下去再不是contender了，我才意识到他这么
多年这么稳定的存在是一个多么了不起的事情，他的heroics并不比邓肯少。。。他快
要退了吧，我想即使他退了以后，我如果每次提起小牛队也还是会第一个回忆起他来，
还会有一种挺熟悉挺温暖的感觉。。。：)
我感觉我现在开始逐渐越来越appreciate牛，而不仅仅是“不面”。。。：) 夺冠有很
多的运气成分，但是只要有这么一个大牛的存在，一个队就得以永远留在了我们的记忆
里不会被washed out，就有了关于某一个队在某一个时代的一段独特的记忆。。。其实
将来等我们回过头来看，你记忆中的nba,mlb,nfl...其实都是由这些牛人作为主角串联
起来的，而不是由那些冠军作为主线串联起来的。。。：) |

questioning myself whether he is clean. The difference between Millar and
Vino on dopping is similar to the attitude taken by German and Japan on WWII
. Hi Vino, doping will never be the past which you can put away.
Should doper ever be allowed to be back to pro cycling? If not, will it make
pro cycling a field which is cleaner?

Eli performed some unbelievable heroic actions in both SB, while
realistically, could you expect PM do the same deeds?
That is why PM's regular season stats shadows Ely, but Eli's play-ff/SB
performance left PM in dust.
Interestingly, PM's weakness in post season happens to be Eli's strength
while Eli's regular season weakness happens to be PM's strength. This pretty
much explains why one shines in regular season and the other in play-off
