金安平是搞中国历史的台湾美籍教授；大家更熟悉的是她为张家四位才女（元和、允
和、兆和、充和）写的传记《合肥四姐妹》——说来耶鲁几位女教授都拿百岁高龄的同
事张充和做文章，除了金安平写传，孙康宜录其昆曲生涯，作《曲人鸿爪》；编其
书法，作《古色今香》。
以前在讲座上见过金安平，最有特色的是她眯成一条缝的眼睛，似乎永远也睁不开。这
学期开学，试听了她的左传史记、儒家传统两门课，印象刷地一变。她虽然眼睛和声音
都不大，但一开口便流露出对专业的强烈的热爱与信心。她用英语主讲，引用四书五经
时则中英文并举。原文背得既熟，翻译又准确而不带半点模糊；且中英文切换之际没有
丝毫思考余地，脱口而出，显然双语文字了然于心。学生问孔子自己是否用过“儒”，
她说这是个好问题——她很注意鼓励学生——一边回忆孔子说“君子”多，几乎不用“

今天总算在朋友家把传说中的King's Speech看完了，好片子，演员表演、故事内容各
个方面都不错。但是和另外两部奥斯卡大热门片Social network和Inception比较，我
还是觉得Social network艺术成就最高，其次Inception，最后King's Speech。并且推
测Social network会或今年的奥斯卡最佳影片奖。
在好片子中比较高低，我最重视的艺术创新性——能不能突破老套路，拿出让人耳目一
新的东西来？
