标 题: 被Hertz骗了，求教解决方案

前段时间撞车，车送到修理铺，那里有一个Hertz的onsite agent，就直接办了租车（
因为是对方责任，肯定可以cover)。
结果后来发现莫名其妙加了什么protection plan，一天要36块钱，一下子要了我400块
。之前根本没有说。而且这个东西保险公司不cover。现在我去argue，他们说你签了字
的。问题是我当时撞了车，谁回去推敲租车条款。他们就没跟我说这事，也没告诉我每
天的总价（只跟我说一天20块租车，没提其他），现在直接来扣钱。这不是骗钱么？
请教大家有什么好的建议么？我当时的签字被他们抓到把柄了，有什么投诉的办法么？ |

车开了出去。
开了半小时去到酒店的停车场才发现车门有个坑。 还好在提车的时候有迅速拍照，照
片上的坑跟现在的坑吻合。
楼主有LDW，不知道后续应该怎么跟hertz打交道。需要report 吗？这坑楼主需要负责
吗？ |

告，AVIS让留下警察报告，让我们直接和自己的保险公司联系。一次是一车从停车位倒
车出来撞上，是HERTZ的车，警察不来，HERTZ要我们抄了对方的保险后，FAX工作证明，
就不用理睬了。 |

都在LAX机场，算下来hertz的midsize比enterprise的compact贵了40块钱，7天
打算开车去SD，没想好去不去LV。
问一下，那个性价比比较好？

toll fee还有他家的daily service fee，好像是个叫platepass的服务
请问是不是这样以后要是租车的话路过toll lane都直接开过去不用交钱了？可以回来
一并跟hertz算账？
土人以前没怎么开过toll lane，有些停下来交钱了有些可能直接闯过去了。。。谢谢

用了一张过期日期3个多月前的租车收据不知道能不能挽回

fastrak才能使用carpool lane.可是当时根本没有看到任何提示。不知道这个罚单能
argue么？
还有由于车是hertz租的，hertz发来罚单说要收$30 violation handling fee.这些能
waive么？

在11/15/2015之前的都可以，非通过priceline订的租车收据，而且没有登陆过里程，
也没有earn别的rewards or credit program的（比如 Hertz Gold Plus)

Versa或者免费升到Minivan，我不接受，反正大不了开自己车
最后说让我先开Versa去机场换Full-size，价格不变Total 55刀/3天
没法子开了17迈跑到机场，机场三个选择：impala， malibu，altima
我选了Impala LT，因为我以前没开过，然后冒雨跑回来了
NND，hertz不是发信不出租Toyota吗，怎么又开始了？
顺便说说Impala，这辆是2010年最高配，Full-load，大皮椅， FLEX Fuel，才开了
1000迈
里面的东西和我自己的车完全布置 |

想从NYC走的时候租个车，去DC，一个礼拜算了下，虽然zipcar不用underage fee，但
是要700多刀吧，还是不划算。

even toyota cars (or any japanese cars, for that matter) make up a very
small portion of Hertz/Avis fleet. most of them are still american cars.
but we all know that there second-hand dealers sell at least as japanese
cars as american ones, if not more |

Camry是F，LaCrosse是I，也就是premium class，跟水星的Grand Marquis是一个级别
的。还有就是我们的Camry特别多吧……
的确，Hertz一般没有BMW和Acura，但也有例外，例外就是在JFK和Newark，基本上要啥
有啥。
