rollover到roth IRA的话，是不是要扣税，税率是按照现在的税率吗？这样划算吗？
如果赚到现在单位的401k呢？
另外请教一个名词, non-vested asset是啥意思。怎么判断401k里哪些是vested,哪些
是non-vested?

，就剩下那种TARGET FUND，还不是VANGUARD的，Prospectuses没有任何信息，没有
PAST PERFORMANCE，不知道有啥HOLDING有啥ASSET什么MIX。我原来所有的投资也被自
动转到了某TARGET FUND。
刚查了查说是公司最近认为员工太多，401K账户太大，由EXPERT来MANAGE比较好，所以
雇了个公司叫Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting选出的这些FUND来帮大家MANAGE。
真TMD的脑残啊，VANGUARD低费用的优势也没了。不知道这是最新趋势还是什么。 |
