前几天工作到下午，突然被通知employment terminate了，理由是unsatisfacted
performance。非常突然，完全没有迹象，没有准备。
我想写一点实际情况，大家帮我看我这个是不是有case.
实际情况是，我到公司工作3年，前2年半的performance rating都是level5 or 6（
the higest is 9，但迄今为止，整个公司只有2个人得到过，60年的公司历史）但半年
前换了manager以后（这个新的manager不喜欢我，原来是同事时就无故给 我制造麻烦
），今年的performance被他给rating 成了level 1. 我今年的新project刚开始3个月
，我们公司的规矩是每年的3，4月review,定制project,但现在只是7月底，这个新
manager就给 我做了个全年的review,并且rating为level 1,然后以这个理由让我立刻
走人。

as i know, distance is measured by a figure of merit called MOI among the
differnt golf head design, given all 460cc.
Nike makes the higest moi driver, sas-sqash and later on SUMO, which all
come with the square head (sumo has the normal head version tho.)
it's easy to understand the square head driver is more forgiving since its
symmetry design. but distance?

的文件。碰到的小问题是有的网页比如tips4match,禁止copy。这里有个小窍门。照下
列的方法做，屡试不爽:).
1.点击 internet tools--internet options--security--adjust security level to
higest--click OK
2. 刷新网页--成功copy
